Excellent Food Tour! - Excellent food tour of Puerto Vallarta with Steven! The very plentiful food was delicious, flavorful and restaurants we may not have found on our own! He was a great source of information on the food scene, history of Puerto Vallarta and current culture. It was a wonderful evening! Highly recommend!

Wonderfully memorable experience! - The whole experience was amazing. Steven and Gustavo were our guides. The best part is getting to know the city and learn about the people and town of Puerto Vallarta. This tour is perfect for families and friends alike. There is a bit of walking, but it’s perfect for all the food you end up eating. Gotta walk it off. Plus, you get to see shops and more with the guides. Every single appetizer, meal, and drink was excellent. I would absolutely do it again. Thank you for a great time Steven and Gustavo!

Must do for a unique dining experience - This was our sixth Vallarta Eats tour and each one gets better and more unique! We met our tour guide, Charlie, at Layla's restaurant for our first course and we were then off on our adventure. We went to four restaurants, all different styles, and met with each chef or owner to learn more about their inspiration and special place in the PVR food scene. Charlie is an expert and shared some great insight about PVR overall, as well as the specific food we enjoyed on the tour. We highly recommend the tour and can't wait to do it again on our next visit.

Best food experience in PV, hands down. - Just incredible! We did this progressive dinner for with Katelin and she is just amazing! We had her all to ourselves for 4 hours. The restaurants are VERY well curated, and the hosts are VERY enthusiastic about presenting their courses and cocktails. 4 venues and each provide two courses and one craft cocktail. We were greeted by the owner at the first restaurant, the chef prepared a dish tableside at the second, and the manager at the third gave us his constant attention. The final course, dessert, included a dramatic tablesode preparation. Katelin is a delight, she knows apparently everything about the PV food scene. Restaurants are classic and fusion and the dishes are traditional to fusion. (Lineup changes so i won't leave details). Book this tour ASAP as it is only done a couple of times per week. You will want to revisit these spots, and katelin can rattle off dozens of recommendations all over the city. (We had another fantastic meal at Laylas as out final meal in pv). Will definitely do more tours on our next visit.

A must do in PV! - What a great time; wife and I with a small group. Started at Layla's for a few great dishes, especially the Chicken in Habanero salsa. Very smokie. Then to Savante for a very upscale small plate tasting, a great modern ambiance to boot. Off to El Bodegon de Pastas for an Agrtine/Itlian experience. A very local place that makes fresh pasta, very tasty! Finally River Cafe for Bananas Flambe. We must have walked by his place 10 times in the past few years. Great local and very pretty. This was our first Food tour and was very much enjoyed!

Worth every peso, great food and people - Oh my goodness Vallarta has good food but it’s great food once you get out of the tourist loop. Places you would never even find but now will go there again on your own. So fun, so much food and drinks too. Kaitlyn is just great, sweet and cute and what a personality, she adds so much to the enjoyment of the whole evening. This is a must and I’ll do it again.

Awesome time! - My wife and I loved this tour! It is a must do if you have any foodie inclinations and want something a little different than what you might see at your resort. Katelyn was great to tour with and was very respectful of my picky palate!

Generous well plated tastings - Tour took us on a nice walk from the Malecon to the Rio Cuale island. The food tastings were generous, delicious and well plated. Highlights include the bean soup at Layla’s, chile rellenos at Gaby’s, duck croquettes at Savante, and a showy banana flambé at River Cafe. Lots of food so pace yourself! More consideration needs to be given for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverage choices.
