Worth it! - Amazing fun, very well organized, amazing crew, beautiful place! The vehicles are well maintained, trail is awesome and the hike to the waterfall is a good break. The bus ride to get there from Puerta Vallarta is a bit long, but definitely worth it.

Exciting utv tour with a great group tour of the jungle area. Hidden waterfall was pretty fun too. - Super fun trip. The staff was organized and fun. The adventure crew was knowledgeable on all aspects of the jungle and wildlife.Emiliane and Pace were great. A special shoutout to Tommy who went above and beyond to make a our day fun.

Great Guides, Great Fun - We were in a group of 12 adults and 3 guides. They were very friendly, attentive and share a lot of information about the rainforest and all we saw. Tommy, Emiliano and Omar were great! We had a blast and made some fun family memories.

Great time - very fun! everyone was so nice and thoughtful we will definitely be returning. I took my parents and they had a blast there!

Fun UTV ride and hike to an amazing waterfall! - So much fun on this tour! Tommy and Emiliano were knowledgeable and hilarious! Omar took the best photos and let us be silly! Would definitely do again!

Excellent All Day Adventure - We really enjoyed this all day adventure. My husband and I went with our two children, ages 8 and 11. The bus ride from Nuevo Vallarta was about 90+ min each way, but it was a fun experience to see downtown Puerto Vallarta and Tommy and his crew narrated the whole journey with interesting facts and information. The ride itself is suitable for newbies to more experienced drivers like my husband. We were placed right behind our guide and had the opportunity to go fast and really push the trail. The professional photos taken were worth the money and the waterfall hike at the halfway point was an added bonus. Definitely recommend as an all family activity during your stay.

Great tour, highly recommend - What a great trip! Tommy was a great tour guide on the drive up and very knowledgeable on the flora and fauna of the area. I also appreciated his care and respect for the locals. Emiliano was so helpful and gracious when this old lady needed assistance. I felt like his abuela (in a good way). Andrea was so very friendly and cute as a button. The staff of Vallarta Adventures makes the company stand out! The equivalent was well maintained . The course was such fun, especially the creek crossings. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful. My sister and I had a great day! The only negative comment is the time we were told to show up. One hour early for no reason and with nothing to do in the heat.

ATV - Excellent experience Tommy, Maximiliano and Andrea made a difference. We spent an afternoon in the razors and the waterfall. Definitely recommended.

Just ok. - We went on the All Terrain UTV Tour. It was OK. 6 hour tour but probably only 1 hour of UTV Riding. The staff was great. Tommy and his friend (Can't remember his name) were great guides. Andrea did a great job as the photographer although I wish that I was allowed to have my phone and take my own pictures ( That is a bit of a rip off IMO) anyways the staff was great. The excursion itself was just OK. Would definatley do a UTV tour in PTV but maybe a different one. It took our entire day for 1 hour of UTV riding so that was a bit disappointing.

Misleading info on trip advisor - Their listing on trip advisor says for ages 0-99. We pre-booked and paid through trip advisor, got the family up at 6 AM to be there on time, paid $100 in taxi’s to get there and back, only to find out at checkin our daughter was to young as she was under the age of 8. They refused to refund us, even though I showed them their trip advisor listing, and would only offer a credit. Since we made the trip and couldn’t come back another day we elected to do the los caletas tour. Then they charged us an additional $158 on top of what we already paid for the UTV tour. Looking at my credit card statement they also did not refund me the $58 charges for the utv damage deposit. I’m sure they do a great job on the tour itself but they do a terrible job managing information they post and with customer service. I messaged them days ago regarding the age restriction on their trip advisor listing and they have not responded.
