The boat was a good size and it wasn't crowded. It appeared well kept. The staff was great. The food and drinks were good and the commentary was very informative. I would definitely recommend.

The best whale watching experience in puerto vallarta crew and equipment is top notch.

Fun morning seeing whales even though it's late in the season! We had to wait a long time to get into the second port, but what can you do? Breakfast was ample, lunch was OK, but plenty of food on board to keep you satisfied. We saw maybe 10-15 whales total. I don't think full breaches are as common as you think. We saw lots of backs and tails coming out of the water. A few dolphins on our way back to shore.

Good whale watching. Saw a lot of whales and got some good pictures. Food and beverages was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this excursion.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. We were lucky to have nearly a full excursion of whale watching. We got to watch a momma, daddy and B A B Y for a very long time. The boat is awesome. The food & drink is awesome. The crew is awesome. Can't wait to enjoy another excursion with Mike's Charters & Tours the next time we visit. This excursion leaves from the Magico shopping center. If you are in the cruise port, take the shuttle to the shopping center and find Mike's booth. Very easy to get to and from the cruise ship. Make sure you book from Puerto Vallarta.

great tour, interactive, friendly and helpful staff. informative and friendly commentator. meals were great, breakfast was sufficient and lunch was very tasty. Captain knew where to go to see the whales and was able to keep the boat turned for maximum viewing for all aboard.

Loved the whole experience from the staff to the food and plenty of drinks brought right to us to the extraordinary whale watching!! It was the absolute best I’ve ever seen!! Idk Mike’s whale watching tour every year and have never been disappointed!!

Nice boat (the Canua) - clean, comfortable and well maintained, friendly people - very attentive and caring, good food and plenty of "refreshments". "Ricky" Ricardo provides excellent commentary and information during the cruise. He is very knowledgeable about the whales and the program he presents, with the trivia quiz towards the end, is a real crowd pleaser. He and the rest of the crew made the cruise lots of fun. Hat tip to El Capitan, of course, for a safe passage.
