Wonderful adventure on the river! - We absolutely loved our experience with this company- this was my first experience rafting, and it was so much fun!! Colyn and his team are wonderful- they were very communicative about the booking and timing, the experience is extremely well-organized, and we had a blast on the river! All of the guides are very knowledgeable and great about safety, making this a fun and beautiful experience in Chile. 100% recommend and would do it again tomorrow.

A MUST DO! - Put this on your must do! The scenery and view of the volcano and surrounding nature is incredible. The class 3 rapids were perfect for beginners and fun enough for a good laugh and smile for experts. This trip isn’t about the rapids as much as it is the best most peaceful and fun experience in puerto varas. The only way to truly get a northern Patagonia experience. The views make the whole trip. The river guides were experienced, knowledgeable about the history and national parks and volcanos. What to bring. A towel for when you get back, some snacks for the bus ride home, they had coffee and tea and cookies once we came back. They provided a wet suit, life preservers helmet and splash guard if you wanted it. Sunscreen up and enjoy the nice water! Everyone was super professional and they scooped us up right from our hotel and dropped us off. This is a must do!

Horrible - So they told me the night before that my reservation had been “cancelled” and I was out of luck. Do NOT go with Alsur. Do NOT. I scrambled and ‘Happy Rafting’ came through and we had a great time but it was stressful. Do NOT go with Alsur and do NOT go with trip advisor. Both of them screwed me over big time.
