A good day out - Waterfalls were amazing. Plenty of time given to explore the various walks. Enjoyable boat trip on the lake. Volcano was impressive but very cold with fresh snow on the day we visited. Tour guide was good and gave plenty of information to the group during the drive. He was helpful too as was the tour agency in dealing with a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.

Fantastic day trip to the volcano and waterfalls! - Fantastic day out with our guide Ronaldo and driver Carlos! Ronaldo was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided so much interesting information about the area and places we went to. All of the stops were amazing and so beautiful (and the food was delicious at the lunch stop as well!). It was also nice with a small group as there was lots of time to explore and ask questions. Highly recommend this company and this tour!

Great option for full day - The excellent tour to occupy a day full of adventures around Puerto Varas. Rene was our guide and was attentive to the group and their needs although sometimes he lacked attention to some of the members of this group. Within the ride there are several activities that are not included so if or if cash must be carried for the entire tour.

Great driver Ricardo! - The highlight of the tour was Ricardo, our driver. Can’t say enough about how enjoyable it was spending the day. Learned a lot of great history lessons as well as the beautiful sights of the waterfall, rapids and of course the volcano. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch .

Absolutely outstanding tour!! - Absolutely outstanding tour with Jesus! So many wonderful stops from the incredible volcano to the amazing waterfalls to Lago de los Santos (among others). Jesus was so knowledgeable and we so appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in English for us. Jesus truly wanted to make the trip a memorable one for all of us on the tour. Communication with Patagonia Austral was excellent and they were extremely organized. Having Jesus as our guide truly made the tour an outstanding one. Highly highly recommend!

Really can’t describe the beauty… - The landscapes of the falls, the volcano are breathtaking at every turn, no exaggeration. Our guide, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to follow. He also worked patiently with us to keep us on track but with a comfortable pace as we had several seniors and a 6 year-old in our group. He clearly has a great deal of love for the land, flora and fauna and he even took professional-looking photos of our group and a fox we spotted and sent them after. Don’t miss this great tour with this very professional and locally-owned company.

An Amazing Day - Highly recommend this tour! Ricardo was our guide and was full of knowledge and love for the things we saw. This was a very fun filled relaxing tour with plenty of time to soak up all the sites we were privileged to see.
