Disappointing - This tour was a total waste of time and money, partly for reasons (weather) that the operator is not responsible for, but partly for reasons that he is responsible for. To begin with, the operator refused to pick me up at my hotel although the pick-up had been agreed and confirmed. I had to walk 4 km in the morning to the pick-up point chosen by the tour operator. Then, when we got to the volcano, it was raining and foggy, visibility was no more than 100 metres. Not the tour operator's fault, obviously, but my conclusion and advice is to avoid this tour if there's any chance of bad weather. We did not see the volcano at all, not even for a minute. As for the waterfall, for some reason that we were not told, the tour operator did not even bother taking us there. Instead we saw some rapids which were ok but had nothing to do with the famous Petrohué Falls.
