Beautiful walk with charming landscapes. - Beautiful walk, enchanting landscapes. Maybe a little monotonous for a day trip, as the trip on the catamaran takes 1h30. The first route is new, the second is more of the same. But I recommend it because the tour is so beautiful.

paradise place - One of the most wonderful places I have visited. I would repeat it countless times. It is worth taking the ride on the 4X4 bus. The company is super punctual and the team is very friendly. Totally recommended

Puerto Varas: Natural Charm, Unique Art and Strategically Located to Explore - Puerto Varas is everything I expected and more! The landscapes are like something out of a story, with the imposing Osorno Volcano as the protagonist. But what really left me speechless was the Pablo Fierro Museum. A unique and creative corner that is pure art and originality. Furthermore, the friendliness of the people and the security of the place made my stay an unforgettable experience. 100% recommended! Furthermore, its strategic location close to other tourist places makes it the perfect starting point to explore the wonder of the region. 🏞️🌋🎨

Great visit but no horses - We gathered at PTO Varas downtown office and got into a bus that took us to the small waterfall Saltos de Rio Petrohué, about 45 min ride. During the ride the guide, Fernando, explained the day activities, what was included, etc. He mentioned an optional activity once we reach Hotel Natura that included an open bus ride to a farm and a catamaran lake navigation. I read on the Viator reviews that there was horse back riding so I asked the guide about it. He said he wasn’t sure if there were horses available and that we needed to check at the boat. I made sure the guide knew I wanted to ride, so I assumed he was going to check for me. After an hour on the boat ride, the guide told me that there are no more horses. There were only 4 horses available and a family of 4 took them and that there wasn’t any possibility for me to ride. So, if you have your mind set on horse back riding as an optional activity, make sure you don’t trust your guide to help you book it, specially if they could sell 4 rides instead of 1.

Stunning scenery but pricey. - The scenery is incredible. But I found this a bit expensive for what was or I should say what was not offered. Basically you get a beautiful boat ride which was incredible but nothing else. Perhaps my mistake that I didn't realize lunch was not included. The hotel is stunning with spectacular views, but the food was mediocre and expensive. Before you arrive they try to get you to purchase another tour. I think being more forefront about what is and is not offered, would've been helpful. Also, I changed my embarkation destination and therefore did not go to Saltos de Petrohue (included if you depart by bus from Puerto Varas) and should not have been charged the full amount. Lesson learned. I could've bought the tour for less than half the price on site at Lago Los Santos.

Very bad Buffet - Beautiful tourist experience! Until we arrived at the hotel's Buffet Restaurant (the only restaurant in the place) 1.- At the end of finishing the salad we got a small slug…. 2.- The truth was it was a buffet and it had no more than 5 options to choose from. 3.- the attention of the waiters was very good, they were always attentive. 4.- At the buffet they serve you quite little, we had to ask for more to be served quite a few times. 5.- the dessert option is very limited (photos attached) 6.- They offered us raspberry juice and strawberry juice arrived We would not eat here again since the values are not in line with what is offered, we expected more, we had higher expectations given the number of people they receive and the beautiful environment in which they are located, for 24 thousand pesos one could eat much better …. Considering that most of the visitors are backpackers, young tourists who do not plan to waste money, the minimum is to have a decent meal with several options.
