Wonderful tour - Highly recommend, our tour guide “Braulio” was absolutely fabulous. We communicated through Facebook regarding pick up. He was on time, my husband and I joined two other people for the day. Braulio was an educator he shared information regarding the area and the BriBri community. The actual tour included the plants for medicinal purposes along with the Cacao plant. We assisted in the production of our wonderful tasting Chocolate. Next visited the waterfall with swimming. Beautiful informative fun excursion, with a fabulous informative guide. Thank you Braulio. Pura Vida!

A must experience if you are traveling to the area! - Braulio’s tour was amazing! It was our favorite part of our trip to Costa Rica. He has such great knowledge of BriBri culture and life in Costa Rica more generally. The experience taught us a lot about food, culture, and the natural surroundings; a must do for anyone interested in learning about the native history of the area, and cacao!

Highly recommend- would book again! - This tour was so fun! We visited the bri bri people and learned how chocolate is made, we also got to be a part of the process- from roasting the beans, to crushing them, to making the chocolate paste, to turning into hot chocolate, and finally tasting our creation! Our tour guide Braulio was amazing and entertaining! He was so knowledgeable and pointed out so many herbs, plants and animals. Then we hiked to a nearby waterfall and swam for a bit, the water was so cool and refreshing. Highly recommend!!
