Best shuttle in Costa Rica - Best shuttle around. Used a few different providers during my stay in Costa Rica. The Pink bus was by far the best for similar prices. Good WiFi, sir con, comfortable seats and pick up and drop off on time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Service - We used MyPinkBus from San Jose to Puerto Viejo and on the return journey, and we would definitely recommend them. Comfortable buses with good air conditioning and friendly drivers. We were always kept informed of pickup times via WhatsApp and we were even allowed to change our pickup point without any hassle. Would happily use them again.

Great service - Perfect. I had to change my drop off destination and the assistance was very quick. They create a WhatsApp group for traveller’s therefore i was informed live when my bus would pick me up. The bus is confortable. There was wifi and received a bottle of water for the trip. I recommend Pink bus 💯

Very good ! - Vert food driver and very kind. Free fresh water, WiFi in the shuttle, safe. The driver sent a WhatsApp message 30min before to all the people of the shuttle to inform about the planning (at which time he would arrive at each hotel). We took this shuttle twice. Thank you very much !

Great experience - Excellent service! A/c the whole time and it has WiFi as well. I 100% recommend it. It picks you up on time and lets you know beforehand through WhatsApp

50/100 - On my way to Puerto viejo, was perfect. On my return, it was uncomfortable the seats. I had to sit the whole time in a unpleasant position (I'm not that tall). The guys behind were as well uncomfortable, we had a second stop because a sir was claiming that he wanted to eat super loud and pushy and that delayed the whole trip. The person in charge was super nice and I try to understand that he made the stop for avoiding a situation though I believe that it must be remind to all the people joining the shuttle that there is only one stop and about the seats, it would be nice to be fixed (the sir tried to support us but there was no much to do).

Great service, bad route decisions - This service is actually really good, it's confortable, efficient, it's really nice in general. They provide water, A/C, its a nice ride in general, good service in the whatsapp chat group, good customer service. Well, just in this case (and I can say that it's not the drivers fault), we where literally about a mile (1 m) away from out destination downtown, and suddenly we made a turn heading to the airport. So we were literally a few minutes away from out destination and we had to spend another extra hour for this re route to drop-off a girl not even at the airport, but in some apartments in the middle of nowhere somewhat close to the airport. So, I think it's really nice to have this custom stops for clients, but c'mon! It's common sense if most of the passengers are closer to their destination, you don't punish them into more traffic jams after a 5 hour trip from the Caribbean for one person. If the people running the business can read this, make sure to know the locations that your service is offering first to avoid inconveniences to their customers.

Bad experience - As there were some issues and delays during our transfer we had to contact the service department several times. But this was only possible via e-mail, no immediately WhatsApp reaction or phone call was possible. At the end we arrived at 02:50 am instead of 6pm…

Very unlucky journey. - The bus itself is amazing! Working wifi, strong a/c and a mini fridge!! However, make sure you are added to the WhatsApp group. We weren’t and this made it all very confusing. The bus was over an hour late and the driver gave no explanation. The following pick ups around San Jose went on for an extra hour and when we finally got on route we ended up getting a puncture (leaving us at standstill for another hour). The bus driver spoke no English and made no effort to communicate what was going on to the passengers leaving us all very confused. After 7 hours when we got to puerto viejo the driver went straight past our hotel! When we expressed our concern he just responded with “no ingles” and continued in the opposite direction. He then was very rude and angry when he had to go back after 45 minutes of other drop offs. I would recommend the company but just make sure you are added to the whats app group and you have a pleasant driver.
