• Choco - During approximately 60 minutes, you’ll get to experience a selection of the best chocolates made in the area paired with either local craft beer or wine. Here’s what you’ll get:

• With the chocolate and beer pairing option: 3 glasses of 4oz of our local draft beers, each coming with 2 pieces of chocolates that pairs well with the beer. In total, 3 glasses of beer and 6 pieces of chocolate.

• With the chocolate and wine pairing option: 3 glasses of 2.5oz of each of our 3 wines (Argentina, Chile and Costa Rica), each coming with 2 pieces of chocolate that pairs well with the wine. In total, 3 glasses of wine and 6 pieces of chocolate.

All our products are gluten free. The wine and chocolate pairing is dairy free and vegan. The chocolate and beer pairing can contain lactose depending on the beer we have on the lines at that moment (ex: stout). All our chocolates may have been in contact with nuts. For any other allergies, intolerances or diets, please reach out before booking to validate if we can accommodate.

• Alcoholic Beverages

Around the globe, the concept of ‘bean to bar’ chocolate has become increasingly familiar. In this process, chocolate producers purchase cacao beans and convert them into chocolate. Our chocolate takes it even further, to the greatest extent possible: tree to bar. Our cacao is sourced from Costa Rica, and the chocolate comes directly from cacao trees located no more than 30km from our shop. Prepare yourself for an unparalleled chocolate experience!

We have painstakingly searched for the ideal chocolate pairings for each wine and beer we offer. Think of it as an elevated version of the classic wine and cheese pairing, only with chocolate, which makes it even more delightful!
