- Metta Float Outdoor Adventures - Our SUP Yoga class is a combination of traditional yogic postures and entertainment provided by floating on board for Stand Up Paddling. You will be provided with 10-15 minutes introduction in paddle techniques and the necessary detail about the structure of the class. The atmosphere is related and supportive. The groups are small so our SUP Yoga teacher can lead you through the class in a personalise way. Once you’ve warmed up paddling a bit, SUP Yoga class can begin. You will experience the magic of deepening your breath, calming the mind, and feeling fuller in harmonisation with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us in the water - a feeling of pure bliss. You can be a complete beginner in yoga as well in Stand Up Paddle-boarding to join our class. SUP Yoga class is taking place about 150m from the coast, where each SUP board in anchored for the buoy.
