Experiencing Pune - Our guide Mr Koustub was very accomodating and knowledgeable with the historic details. It was nice going around the city of Pune with historical sites just within the city. There is an 8th centural temple carved from the single block of stone just a few meters from the main road. Our guide also let us experience a few local delicacies.

Half Day Tour with Namrta - Namrata is a really wonderful guide. She is patient, calm and humble. Her knowledge is worth appreciating. We had a private tour with her in Pune city on our visit to India. This tour is really enchanting and showcases the culture of the city. Thanks to our guide Namrta for taking us to tour. I would love to have her again as our guide.

Perfect half-day intro to Pune - What a brilliant tour! Sachin was the perfect local guide. We got to see the Aga Khan palace and learned about Gandhi's history when he stayed there, and visited several temples including one wth a pure gold Ganesh statue that's insured for one billion dollars. Also the Saturday Palace, which was stunning. Finally Sachin took us through the local markets, including the oldest one in Pune where fresh fruit and vegetables are sold.
This was the best introduction to Pune that we could have wished for. Highly recommended!

There is sincerity - Even though I had communicated with the travel agency in advance, the time was changed (from 9:00 to 12:00) 20 minutes after the meeting time on the day.
I had plans for the afternoon so I asked to cancel.
I was given a full refund and received an apology email, so I have no complaints.
I think it would have been better if the trip had gone ahead.
