Fantastic - Fantastic horseback riding on the beach Macau our Guide Gabriel It's phenomenal. I rode Farruko and my albino wife. Very good horses. and good service I recommend this walk with Rancho Macau

Ocean views while horseback riding - Sammy was a great tour guide. Lot of local products and souvenirs to buy!! It was a great adventure!

Great memories - I got the date of the trip wrong but after asking, they were happy to rearrange for us, which I didnt expect them to do! Sammy collected us from our hotel and drove us to the activity. After a presentation showing us the chocolate and coffee products we went on our ride. It was a little rocky until we came to the beach, which was lovely! Photos taken of us were great, so much so we bought them, which I wouldnt normally do, as I dont like photos of myself. My friend had never rode before but loved it. My one and only negative would be that the trek is littered with rubbish, plastic, glass etc it would present much better if the areas were cleared and kept tidy, especially this day and age. And obviously safer for the horses too. I am very much concerned for all animal welfare, but as far as I could see the horses looked well cared for. The two dogs however needed some TLC and a good meal. My tip would be to take some money, unlike us, as there are gifts and photos available to buy, and it is a great way to support the local people. They will accept cards or paypal if needed. Sammy is lovely and can also provide various other experiences and trips.

Finally once we started the trail it took us down a path that became very narrow , steep, full of rocks and uncomfortable for the horses to walk on. Our guide didn’t speak at all until I asked him to take a picture. Overall the ride was uncomfortable and I wouldn’t do it again.

Not so good - I expected the entire ride to be at the beach. Only 20 mins was on the beach. Not worth the money. Ares is kind of creepy.
