From your hotel, we will pick you up to begin this great buggy adventure. You will select one of our 3 shifts: 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, or 2:30 PM. Once picked up, we will go to our ranch where your buggy will be assigned, and then begin the adventure. Jungle tour and cenote - We really enjoyed the jungle buggy ride and the visit to the cenote. The beach pickup was perfect and the tour was well organized. Recommended!

An unforgettable experience, what I liked the most was the beach the Caribbean sun the drenalin, I went with my wife and she enc - They took me to the beach macau, the cave Taina fresh and crystal clear water, and the good treatment of the staff, the super wonderful pass

Buggy afternoon and beach - Recommended activity is driven Buggy knows a Dominican house chocolate tasting, Dominican coffee, mom Juana, cenote entrance to the cave and bath on the beach. A spare change must be taken for when the activity ends. They pick you up at the hotel.

Make sure the beach is open before booking - Buggies themselves were great. But Macao beach was closed off due to high tides I think is what they said, however they did not mention this when purchasing the tour or refund any of the money back. All we did was ride the buggies to the cenote and go to the chocolate/coffee plantation. Even there they consistently harrass you to buy their products despite saying no 100s of times.

Wouldn’t do this again - Very late to start, very unprofessional, everything is a sell, buggy’s broke down. Every stop is just dozens of people selling stuff aggressively. Very disappointing. Our guide was nice only part that was good

Very Disorganized business - Pick up was very disorganized. Our excursion time was to he at 10:30 with a pick up 15 min before hand. I recieved a text the day of that said pick up would be 10:50. I called and they told me excursion was at 11:00 and pick up would be 10:50. At 10:50 knowbody showed, called said pick would be 11:20... still knowbody at 11:20. At 11:30 a taxi picks us up and takes us to the end of the resort where we meet a bus... as we get out the taxi wants $10. I told him that's on the buggy tour and walked off. Bus takes us to the excursion. On the excursion someone was breaking down every quarter of a mile...equipment in bad need of overhaul. The tour was cut short and we did not go to the beach... tour guide said be cause of flooding. Overall very disorganized business.
