Very good - The activity was excellent, a very pleasant experience, the photo package was great, the transport guy was just a little late to pick us up on the way back but in general everything was very good

Ideal excursion for half a day - Very good adventure activity, the possibility of driving buggies, visit to a typical house where they show how they make coffee, the possibility of going to a cenote to take a dip and the visit (too bad the time) to Macao Beach. As a recommendation, the photography they offer you is expensive, think twice

I thought it would be better - The tour was regular we were promised a lot of mud but we saw a lot of dust, it was supposed to last an hour and last 35 minutes. Still the cave experience was spectacular.

Not the best experience - We booked our tour for Sunday at 2 pm. The description stated we would be picked up at our hotel and then visit several places staying at each for at least an hour. Someone texted us through What's App to say we had to get to the security check point outside our hotel for pick up by 1:20 pm. We walked at least 0.5 mile in the heat of the day to reach the meeting spot only to have the driver take us all the way back to the hotel lobby to pick up 4 more people. Then the driver went to almost every hotel between ours and our final destination attempting unsuccessfully to pick up more people. 4 people joined us at the final stop and we arrived at the buggies after 3:30 pm instead of 2:00 pm. Once the tour started it was very rushed because we started so late. Some parts of the road are very dusty, some parts are very uneven and bumpy, some are smooth, and at times you are on a paved road with cars. The tour operator will sell you supplies (bandanas, goggles, water, etc.) but you're better off bringing your own. We had no need for goggles. The underground cave is only the size you see in the picture, but there were so many people in the water we felt it wasn't safe to jump in. Once in, you have to climb out about 10 feet (3.5 m) using only a rope. We were there about 10 minutes total, then drove to the beach where we stayed about 15 minutes. You have to walk a bit from the parking lot to get to the beach. The walk was dirty (litter everywhere). There were several small bars each playing different music very loudly. Cocktails in pineapples and coconuts were available and you could take your picture with macaws, monkeys, and iguanas for a fee. The beach was nice but our hotel beach was much more beautiful. As far as mud, we saw almost none, maybe because we were the last group of the day. The only mud we got on us was one small drop about the size of a dime on my forearm. We had not seen mud on people in the group that returned right before our group left either. Our return trip back to our resort took about 30 minutes because we only had 2 stops.

No show - The trip operator never showed at the specified time, no attempt to contact. When I attempted to contact them, there was no response

Disappointing Frustrating Experience - I was communicating with the operator about where to redeem the voucher, since even on the Viator app the tickets kept not being available. There was no pickup available at our resort, so we hired a taxi to transport at our meetup location. The maps only showed an intersection in the middle of two streets. The taxi asked what are we looking for? A hotel, a store, a restaurant, since there was no exact address. The taxi said the address is only an area in the city we were taken to. I asked the operator if he had a phone. He answered only yes not the #. Then when communicating with Viator chat he finally gave his phone #. We were already 40 minutes late then the taxi driver spoke with the operator and the location was 20 more minutes away. By then I said I want to go back to my resort. Such a disaster. I am very disappointed.

Not worth the money - Punctual pickup, but poor service. Our tour was scheduled for 2 PM, yet we faced a delay of almost an hour. There was a bar at the starting point with overpriced drinks. Due to the late start, we had to rush our visit at Macao Beach. The guide provided no information about the surroundings, making it a disappointing experience overall. We also missed our evening reservation due to being over an hour late.

Do not go! You won’t have fun. - I do not recommend this tour for anyone. They make 1 big group and don’t have enough people to handle it. The drive 1-2 minutes at 3-8mph 300-500 feet and they stop. And that’s all they do the entire tour. They don’t drive never above 15-25mph for a decent period of time. Just did the rzr tour in puerto Vallarta and what a difference. Never do they stop in the middle of the tour and they actually drive at a decent speed for you to have fun.
