Great time at Coco Bongo - Great night out - we went as a family of 4 (kids 18 and 20) and we really enjoyed our time. We have been to the same night in Mexico so knew what to expect and we were not disappointed! Entertainment was nonstop and all high quality. We didn’t bother with the gold tickets, we did this last time and realised it doesn’t get you much extra. Being where the action is in the dance zone suited us and we had no issue getting drinks from the bar all night. Probably too many 🤔. I’d recommend for anyone wanting something more from a big club night.

Grat place, excelent show - Great show and service, I recommend to buy the gold version so you can get a sit otherwise you'll have to buy a bottle for 200+ bucks

Best time ever! - A must do for anyone visiting punta Cana , highly recommended! We had a great time I want to go again.

Poor communication - The communication was poor regarding pick up. I took an Uber there , checking in was a smooth process. I had fun once I entered , and the shows were very well choreographed

A show if you want to see ass and tits! - Nice show but it's really more a bar-disco. A lot of "self show" for people that want to show them self off! It's a big "look at me girl show". To go, for a lite night off, but go there as a gold digger kind, not to fancy. The drive back, for us, was with a bunch of drunks, smoking on the bus, and no respect. So, ,better be drunk then suber ;( the 6 shows on the all 3 hours was good and impressive. Service was good in general.

Overcrowded - Packed in like sardines! We messed up and didn't purchase "gold" ticket so it was standing room for us on the floor. Couldn't move. No way to get to the bars. It was awful. Would've been a great time it we had a seat. Fun show but we left after an hour

Was a waste of money this go round.. - Completely different experience than any other time we have been to the Cancun and riviera maya locations. They stuff the room to over capacity, you can barely move. Not able to get a drink, constantly pushed around by event goers and staff due to how much they over fill the facility. What if there was a fire or other disastrous event, not sure how they would remove their guests safely… This event was more of a nightclub rather than shows. We were basically staring at screen instead of watching performers. While they did have some great performers when they were out, it still was nothing like the experiences in the Mexico locations..

If you want to dance it's not the place - I didn’t like it, it doesn’t have a dance floor, they sold it to me like a disco and it’s not, it’s a very old fashioned show, the old and bad music. The drinks are poor quality and the glasses were dirty. They gave me a pina colada in a plastic cup with red lipstick. Finally we prefer to drink bottled water. Many local staff, guards, photographers, toilet people, vendors and others who push you, step on you, run you to spend all the time. If you're not a vip, they won't let you sit. All night they threw little papers and icy (nasty) air and there was a toilet man sweeping where we were, very uncomfortable. After the carnival with which they end the show people go a little crazy, very vulgar, everyone touches and grabs with everyone, unpleasant the show. It shows you the worst of humanity. I don't recommend it to anyone. Bad experience
