THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GO! - Visited 9.12.23 BEST EXPERIENCE for me while vacationing here. GO IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT! General admission tickets are standing inly FYI. Plenty ohoto ops...food places...vats etc.

Fun and full of energy. You will definitely love it ! - The show was excellent from start to finish. I wish I could stay a little longer even though it was 5 hours of fun !!! I definitely recommend when visiting Punta Cana.

A must do trip! - The entire experience was fantastic. Our driver was very courteous and thankfully did not have anyone else in our shuttle bus so none of the issues others had with people puking. The Coco Bongo show itself was amazingly entertaining and the drinks did not stop flowing until we asked them to slow down the pace so we could make it the entire 6 hours.

Refund me!!! - Need refund. Did not let us in!!
Coco Bongo did not honor the trip. The travel group denied us. They said that they did not have our tickets and we had vouchers and receiptthis was a rip off!!!! Nobody was let in that booked with them 12/31/23

A mockery!!! - Hello!
Do not hire the company Gray Line Dominican Republic, we hired and bought a ticket for Coco Bongo, and he did NOT pick us up, he did not answer the chat or phone, he left us waiting in the hotel hall and they did not pick us up. We couldn't attend the show.

Worst communication ever - Driver didn’t get in touch with us properly, ignored messages, couldn’t work out where we got picked up from. Missed the show and then even day after I have messaged and still being ignored! £270 wasted!

Terrible service - Show was great but operating tour was horrible. They list a number there to contact and they never answered. Had to call their corporate office to get a response if they will be picking us up to take us to the show. I would not book here.
