So fun! - So much fun! Felix was great. Just a heads up, expect to get really dirty. We stayed a little cleaner by choosing an ATV instead of a buggy.

Good Fun Activity - ATV ride was fun. Cave was good if you jump in to the water. Lights inside the cave would have really helped others to jump in. It was little dark to really see the rocks beneath. Coffee tour was a sales pitch and NOT community activity. Macao Beach was the best.

Well, the actual ride of... - Well, the actual ride of Atv’s was a little slow. I’m use to more going a little faster. Also, for the amount of money was a good price, but they didn’t offer free water or anything to drink. We had to pay for everything. No snacks nothing to eat. The tour guide was wonderful. But I feel regardless. It is very hot out there and water should at least been offered.

Great tour, bad organization to the tour - Experience was nice, kids lowed it but viator gave me wrong address of this location even after I talked to agent and asked for exact address ( I was driving there with rental car). Luckily in wrong place without Internet there was 1 English speaking gentlemen that saw out tickets and called right company to pick us up and lead to correct location. Next time I would not book with Viator.

Good, fun experience with a few considerations - My friends and I had fun and enjoyed the ATV experience. I would recommend this but with some things that should be considered. You stop at 3 destinations but only for about 15-25 mins each which seemed fine considering you're mostly there for the ATV. You'll only have enough time to see and jump into the pool at the cave and then leave. The coffee tasting is very minimal if you've ever done a real coffee tour. I couldn't really taste any of the coffees because they were so hot but again it's an opportunity to buy some souvenirs. The beach is really nice, and I wish we cut out the coffee part and spent more time on the ATVs or the beach. Enjoyed: -On time pickup and drop-off at hotel -Fun riding the ATVs through a variety of paved and non-paved roads (at times very muddy fun :) Cons: -The guides really didn't like me using my own camera to take pics/video while riding... and its because they tried to sell us their nice DSLR photos (not high res though and only about 3-4 Megapixel) after (started asking price of $180 and eventually selling for $50 which is still a ripoff). -Vendors with the hard sell at the 3 stop offs

Average good times - The bad reviews have merit but it was not all bad. My guide kitson was amazing. We had fun we were safe and it was worth it for the price I paid. Getting there was horrid. I stayed in Cap Cana and the pick up option was revoked as it was over an hour away from the ranch. So I had to drive my rental, the first day I could not make it due to car problems and poor driving. The second day I made it but was scared I was going to get stuck in the muddy dirt roads. Thankfully I did not get stuck and was able to enjoy the excursion. When we were there yes ppl tried to sell us stuff it was not that bad as some reviews made it seem. Yes we were on a tight schedule to make it back for the next group, I did not feel rushed. The cave was small but beautiful, the beach was my favorite part. Simply serene. Could give 5 stars if I didn’t have to drive.

A muddy So So experience - It was ok, very muddy and the every stop the guides tried to sell trinkets. I wouldn’t go a second time. The chocolate and coffee tasting wasn’t what one would expect, just a shack on the side of the road. Machines were good quality

Too many peddlers - This was not the tour for me. The ATV was fine and our guide did want us to go fast, have fun, and get dirty. But, every stop is mainly to allow locals to push their products on you. The chocolate and coffee tasting was a 3-minute intro to 10 products you should buy from them (including some kind of weird viagra drink), not a traditional tasting. At Macao beach, one peddler followed my daughter and I around the entire stop, insisting we come look at his table of goods. Same thing at the cave. It was uncomfortable and not what I was expecting. Im all for helping the local economy, but just don’t like constantly being approached by peddlers. I don’t want to constantly tell salesmen “No” when I’m trying to enjoy a paid vacation experience. The highlight for us was the shuttle to and from the hotel, as our driver was friendly and trying to learn English.
