Never again - The tour guides were unhelpful and very rude, one in particular didn’t want to talk to me because I was a woman so I had a random guy talk to him. The buggies were in a very poor condition which during the tour several stopped working and someone had to jumpstart them. There was a guy taking photos and basically want you to pay before seeing the photos and they will email(not even prints) them later. The driver assigned to drop us back at the hotel was just unprofessional, always on his phone and even took people to the wrong hotel because he was distracted doing everything but driving properly.

Disorganized, felt rush and late departure - First, they took very long to pick us up at the stop at 1000. We had to call them for them arrive. Then he kept going around and around trying to find the rest in the different stops. Then we made it to the ranch until almost 12. Very disorganized, always felt rushed in all stops. Beach and Cave was only a 5 maybe 10 mins. We were supposed to leave at 12 but ended up leaving at 130pm came back at around 4pm. The group that was supposed to leave after us at 2 did not start their tour until 4 which is when we came back. So if those people had dinner reservation, they’re probably going to miss it. Only reason I gave a 2 star was because I enjoyed driving the bougies, Nelson and Amazon were really nice employees.

Not what we expected… - My family and I did the excursion with Macao in Punta Cana. Booking the excursion and initial communication was fine. But, upon getting to the excursion, in addition to it being unorganized, there was a long wait time to begin the excursion, one of buggies broke down several times throughout the excursion. The stops during the excursion were very short and rushed and the town people were a bit aggressive to sell products. If you decide to do this excursion, plan plenty of time, and be prepared to get dirty (which was kind of fun). Not bad people, just not what we expected and we will not do this again.

Not weekend worth! - Not sure about what happens during weekdays, but, during high season weekend; don’t even bother to book this or “maybe other attractions”. Everything happened with a rolling over delay, making this 3 hour activity a full day frustrating event. Many of the off-road vehicles are not suitable for operation and breaking down recurrently adding up to the elapsed delay. “I was explained” that due to the weekend there was too many people/riders taking same routes and heading to same attractions. “Cenote” was impossible to see; “beach” became a 10 min dive and get out or you will be left behind…. We were treated like a tourist flock under pressure to be left behind……. I might attempt another activity during weekdays; but hell not ever again on a weekend.
