Great for price - So, initially I booked with another company to bring me to my hotel, which I thought was pubta cana, but while I was on the plane they contacted me saying it is the wrong area and that its located in the uvero alto area and I had to pay $60 more. I was so upset and going crazy online trying to find a last minute deal for $80. There were others, but were booked already. I was kind of iffy booking with this company because there was mixed reviews, but i’m glad I did because I saved $30, which can be given as tip to people on the trip. Anyway, The reason I gave 4 was because the car didn’t come for 20-30 minutes, which the rep from Solanche told us. It was a shuttle, but as booked it was private as well. I was a bit bothered because there were others that came after us that left, but i’m thinking its because they were at closer hotels since mine was 35-40 minutes away. Overall it was ok. Also, for future customers they do not pick you up when you exit out of airport, you literally have to go alllll the way to exit where the “cafeteria” is. Unfortunately I did not see my name and walked by them because the rep was with another customer. Pay attention since there are a lot of taxis. Solanch rep was on the right side when you get out of airport.

DO NOT USE THEM!! You will regret it. - I’m not sure who the people are giving this company 4 and 5 stars but BEWARE!! They are not who you think they are. They are an exhausted group of people who cannot adequately figure out how transportation works. I was messaged on WhatsApp by “Jules Broth” and ensured that I would be met with my name on a poster. I informed him that our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. I gave him the day and time. I also called the number listed on Viator for the company and requested to speak to someone who spoke English. After holding for 15 mins and racking up a $75.00 fee from Verizon for calling them, I was finally able to speak to someone. He reassured me that he made the changes and that we would be picked up at 11:30am on Christmas Day. I informed Jules that our changes were made and that we would see him tomorrow at 11:30am. He confirmed as well. The next day comes, our plane was slightly delayed. We got there at 12pm. There was no one waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. After wandering for about 15 minutes looking lost, a taxi driver offered to help us. I showed him the company logo from WhatsApp. He flagged down a gentleman with “Santhonas” on his shirt. Low and behold, it was Jules with no sign or poster. I asked him where was the driver. He said he needed to confirm my reservation first. After giving him the information and showing him the booking, we had to wait an additional 45 mins for a driver to show up because that was their process. I called the company and the person who spoke English was not available. I was pissed but let it go once the driver got there. Fast forward to today, I messaged Jules last night to remind him that our flight leaves at 2:50pm today. He told me he would message me later with details. I gave it a few more hours then messaged him around 8:00pm because I was going to bed. He messaged me at 9pm asking me for the reservation and booking number as if something had changed. When I woke up this morning, I replied with the same booking number that I sent him days before and reminded him that our flight leaves at 2:50pm. I informed him that we would be waiting out front at 12pm. He informs me that he scheduled it for 2:50pm. I told him we cannot leave at 2:50pm because our plane leaves at 2:50pm. I called the company because here we go again. I spoke to someone who spoke English. He asked me to text him my reservation. I did. He told me he would change it. At 12:07pm, I message both of them to let them know the driver is late. They both tell me my reservation was scheduled for 2:50pm. I called the company and it was as if the conversation we had earlier about the mistake Jules made had never happened. I told ended up having to pay $70 for a taxi at 12:30pm just so we could make it to the airport by 1:15pm. The driver finally arrives at the resort at 1:05pm. Please save yourself the headache. Either find another reputable company or just use the resort Taxi shuttle. I tried to cut costs and it really cost us.

Ride Did Not Show!! - When we arrived our ride was NOT there! We were told we’d have to wait an hour! Waited around and still nothing!! Had to pay someone else to transport us to our resort! I want a refund ASAP! No one responded in the chat either!

How much longer - I got a text at 3:30 from Jameson that he is ready and waiting for me on our arrival. Every few minutes he would say "only a few more minutes" when asked where is the driver. It did not help that my friend and I were in 2 different terminals. Did not get a driver until almost 4:30. At that point I was beyond ready to just grab a taxi and chuck dudes to the payment already made. Dreading the return, I'd hate to miss my flight home.

Very Poor Communication - Pickup at airport wasn't too difficult to find and had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive. I was told to contact their number the day before transfer from the hotel to the airport on our return trip. I wasn't able to get through calling, so I text messaged and asked to be picked up at 12:00. Then come the next day we are waiting at the front of the resort waiting for pickup and they are not showing up. I tried calling several times and they kept declining my calls and saying one moment please for 20 minutes. We were getting worried about missing our flight so we asked for a taxi as we couldn't get through to them. They ended up messaging that I was scheduled for pickup at 10 am but the voucher only said 3 hours before flight time and no time. Had to pay $70 for a taxi from the hotel to the airport. We had booked this service through Chase.

You need to communicate more - The driver who came was extremely nice and efficient. However, the communication was horrible. I had to keep sending messages asking what the pick up time was. Never received a response. Had to call them directly for confirmation which meant a long distance call for me. Although you had to put in your specific flight details, they were still asking what time was my flight. Choosing another company next time

I had arranged a round... - I had arranged a round trip transportation. I cannot reach anyone about transportation back to the airport. We were brought all the way down to very end of pickup area and had to wait about 30 minutes. I would think that with arranged transportation we would have a car waiting on us. I have not heard from anyone concerning transportation back to the airport. The vehicle was very old.
