Fun Time in Punta Cana - This was so much fun, I was looking for the mud. We had stops along the way, my favorite was the beach. Our tour guide WILL was GREAT, informed us about everything that will happen along the way, beware of the people at the caves who try and sell you everything aggressively. Will warned us how to handle it, thank you so much. My pick up was on time and so nice. The truck was cool, kids enjoyed everything.

So much fun - Great Experience from beginning to end. We went with our 3 teen boys (14,16,17) and they loved it. Hector picked us up on time and was so friendly.

Fun and dusty trip - There needs to be a little more time at the beach. It’s the best part. And make people aware of things to buy so they bring money with them.

Punta Cana 4x4 Buggy Tour - This was a very disappointing excursion. We booked our tour through Otium tours…other agencies may have other itineraries. The tour description claimed we would travel through “exotic landscapes” and “small villages”…in reality the route was basically along a few dirt roads among some small farms…nice enough but certainly not exotic….we passed a few small houses but nothing special in terms of really getting a flavor of typical Dominican life. The first stop was an absolute tourist trap…it was described as a special place to learn about coca and coffee…the “demonstration” lasted less than 5 minutes and was nothing more than the presenter holding up a raw cocoa bean in the husk and then inviting us to sample some cocoa before turning us loose in the tourist shop. The staff of the tourist shop was extremely aggressive and the shop basically contained the normal junk you see everywhere. Along with the tourist shop the location had what was billed as a relaxing swimming spa…in reality it is just a man made lazy river going into a small pool that has been fabricated to look like it was a natural feature. The next stop of the tour was Macao Beach…that is a fabulous spot and should be on everyone’s list of places to go when visiting Punts Cana. Then back along the same roads to where we started. Our biggest issue with the excursion was that it was described as four hours in length. That was technically true (actually a little longer) but the 4 hours was from pickup at the hotel to drop off…it was approximately a 30 minute ride each way to/from the hotel…once we arrived at the buggy location it took about 30 minutes to get checked in and organized and after we returned it took another 30 minutes to wait for the truck to pick us up for the return to the hotel. The actual time driving the buggies was not more than 30 minutes…the bulk of the excursion was spent at the two stops (the first of which was completely ridiculous) and waiting around.

Worst experience in Punta Cana Trip Advisor should cancelled them - Not recommend. They never showed. Still waiting for refund. Look like fake business. DO NOT GO with them no matter the price. Bad communication when t was the time we write that we were ready and they answer that we were not in scheduled when we sent them the voucher they ask if we can get the next day we asked for the refund process and also for the times for the next day...and they never answered. I will cancelled the payment directly from my credit card. Worst experience in Punta Cana.

Tour Operator No Show!! - They didn't show for pickup. We booked this excursion for our family of 10. I sent an email to the tour operator twice to confirm pick up for 11am excursion and they never responded. At 8am on the day of our excursion I called the tour operator and was told pickup was at 11am. We were in the hotel lobby at 10:45am and waited until 11:54am and tried to call tour operator several times and there was no answer.
