Shopping tour Punta Cana - I got to experience Caribbean culture up close on this tour. I saw how chocolate is made, learned how cigars are crafted, and discovered the precious stone Larimar. There were many unique souvenirs, perfect for bringing back memories of my trip. Overall, the shopping tour in Punta Cana was a great way to learn more about local traditions and find special items. I definitely suggest it to anyone looking to shop during their vacation.

It was good! - The transport arrived on time, the store is very large, there’s a lot of stuff and it’s great that you can try everything, we liked Mamajuana, a local tincture, coffee and chocolate, everything is very tasty, we recommend it!

One stop sho - We weren’t sure what to expect but we had a good time! We thought we were making multiple stops but instead it was a one stop shop. It ended up being pretty great for us and we were able to knock a lot of our gift list and then we headed back for a nice day of swimming on the beach!

Don't even go, it's a scam - Expensive, poor service and poor quality clothing. They promise you a rum, cocoa and coffee tasting but if you don't come and ask for it you feel at all times that they are doing you a favor. The prices for European clients are exorbitant and when you express that they make you feel bad when what they should be charging according to what they offer - the Dominican Republic in general is prepared to rip off the visitor and if you don't know how to haggle much more than in Turkey they fry you at crazy prices. Furthermore, they change the euro at par with the dollar and that is not good. Tip even to breathe and I say “tip those who treat you well, serve you and respect you” therefore paying a TRANSFER to a store like this you can save it

Poor communication, incorrect pick up time and place, still waiting after two hours when we could have enjoyed the beach - Wrong hotel pick-up, two hours later than agreed. Poor communication by company - I do not recommend. I will update with our experience when we actually get on the tour, as of now it has been a wasted two hours where we could have enjoyed the beach and the sun. If you still choose to do this confirm the hotel pick up more than once, confirm the EXACT time, confirm the name and number of the bus and be very direct when communicating with the company - they will blame you and talk in circles.
