BOOK NOW!!! - This excursion was nothing short of other than AMAZING….Derly our boat guide was fun and very interactive. Highly recommend. Well worth the price!!!!

Relaxing experience with some party music - Derly was a fun and easygoing guide. We didn't have a chance to eat lunch after the buggy adventure, but Derly provided some food for us. We are very grateful for this wonderful sunny afternoon.

Snorkeling & Devils Island Cave Expedition - The snorkeling and rick climbing cave Excursion was so beautiful. I loved this! The staff was polite, professional and courteous. I was a little afraid of snorkeling in the ocean but the staff member assisted me the whole time and I felt very comfortable and did not want to stop snorkeling! The cave expedition was exciting. Seeing the eco system of land and sea and on sea rocks was amazing. They feed us good delicious food and we had rum punch.

Snorkel experience - Such an amazing trip. We went snorkeling and then spent time with many other boats drinking and swimming with family. I liked that we took our time to snorkel and the free drinks and snacks included. Thank you so much to DERLY for being our host today. He had such a great spirit and patience with the whole group. The kids we also very well welcomed. Thank you again DERLY and to the photographer for a great price on both pictures and videos throughout the whole experience. I would 10/10 recommend DERLY as your host if Spanish isn’t your first language.

Best host with the dreadssssssss - Amazing host and very fun to be around. I definitely enjoyed my time on the boat. He was very interactive with our group. The time went by so fast, I didn’t even want to leave!!! Will be back when I am in the area

DEFINITELY book - Derly was such a great tour guide. They first took us to a dock where ppl pairasailed then we went snorkeling then went to an area where there were a lot of yachts to vibe in 4ft water in the middle of the ocean highly recommended

Nice experience - Kitson was an Energetic tour guide. Cool and all. Make sure safety was important and gave us all snacks. Very friendly people as well.

Dune buggies - The dune buggies were great. But we did not do the snorkeling cruise. It was rescheduled and we were not going to be there.

Buggies and Snorkling - The machines were old and had a lot of mechanical issues - bald tires, jump start, didn’t clean equipment (buggies and helmets) before we wore them. Regarding the snorkeling. It was OK until they took us to The “Family Friendly’ party area with lewd inappropriate dancing in the shallow water area. My granddaughters were supposed to be going to swim shark and stingrays. Instead we ended up at this place. We never got their part of the excursion even after My daughter-in-law told them we had it? I was embarrassed to even be there let alone my innocent little granddaughters. So inappropriate. This was supposed to be a family, friendly event!

Avoid at all costs!! - We never made it on the trip and I was only refunded half my money because "it cost them money". We received an email at approximately 9:30 the night before while out to dinner and we were told we would be picked up at approximately 7:00 am all the way out the gate and outside of our resort and to go to bellhop for a ride. All along we were under the impression pick up would be at 8:30 a.m. which we were prepared for and to be picked up at the resort and not outside of it. We decided to skip the buggies due to the 7:00 am pick up and also due to having to get a ride outside the resort and stand there to wait. We had no access to food or water at that time of night as we were just getting to the restaurant for dinner. They then agreed we could just to the afternoon catamaran and allowed me to bring 2 other people to make up for the buggies we were forfeiting, but they never informed us we would be picked up inside the resort where the rest of the excursions pick you up. I even have pictures proving that they sent me information telling us to be outside the gates of our resort to be picked up for the catamaran excursion. After spending our morning preparing for this excursion and planning our day around it, we were standing right where we told to be, outside the gates of the resort, sweating our butts off. We were finally picked up by their company only to be brought back to the hotel where the excursions pick you up and drop you off. We explained to him, through a translator, that we were on that trip so we left again. He then drove us back to the front gate to drop us off again, which is about a mile from the resort. We then explained again, through a translator, that we were on that trip. We were then told that van was for hotel guests and we were brought back to the resort where we finally gave up. We had no idea where we were getting picked up or who was picking us up. I was later told that they sent a pic of the van that was picking us up; however, we were far too busy standing in the hot sun and being driven back and forth trying to explain we were on the trip to be checking messages at that moment about who, what and where! It was a little late for kind of communication!! When I explained that I didn't have good service outside the resort or at some places within the resort, I was told that I need to have good service. Hmm...so basically their lack of communication was my fault and cost me $250!!
