Good vibes and tan lines - I looooooved this tour! Only down side is the cenote was not cleaned. The driver was great, nice staff. I lost my ring in the lazy river and a staff dived in and searched until he found it!! Very grateful

Great trip - My child was incredibly scared on the zip wire. As she is scared of heights but a helper (Alejandro) helped her slowly to the edge and she had lots of fun in the end so she is very grateful.

Clean, friendly & fun excursion - Fun zip line & splash tour! Very safe & attentive zip line staff. All equipment in very good shape. Lines were appropriate for beginners. Very relaxing jungle lazy river. Beautiful waterfall pool & blue lagoon cenote pools. . The Dominican lunch was very tasty and the whole family liked it…and my kids dont normally like anything but chicken tenders & cheese burgers! Dominican village allowed us to sample great local cigars, hot chocolate & coffee. I was also impressed with extreme cleanliness of the bathrooms.
Overall a very good 1/2 day excursion for families with kids.

Friendly staff. Zip lining was awesome! We got to the cenote when wasn’t crowded , waterfall pool beautiful. - Love the experience!!we did it on our own pace. Picked the early one & ended avoiding the crowds from buggies.Lunch 100%.

An adventure around every corner - The park was beautiful the lazy river amazingly breathtaking definitely photos opportunity central Bring towels and comfortable walking shoes the free meal wasn’t my cup of tea but the people I when with liked it

A fun experience - Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and there was good support wherever we had questions. An authentic Dominican Republic lunch came with the experience and that was fun. The grounds were pretty.

Disappointed. - I paid for five family members. The youngest was below the requested height, and they did not let her in even though she was paid in advance. I requestedfrom tripadvisor a refund for the girl who did not do any activities. They sent me an email that because the height and weight are written on the website, the company will not refund me back.
