I recommend it. - It was spectacular.. I loved the customer service. . good service and food. Also on the way to the excursion place it was not boring either.

Don't bother! - Where to begin, we were told we would be picked up at 8:30 at our Hotel, a mini van arrived close to 9:00am. I know things can go wrong sometimes so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Assuming this vehicle was taking us directly to the drop off point I was fairly happy, comfortable and air conditioned. However this was not the case. We were then driven 20 mins away from the drop of location to a supermarket and almost forced into a tiny car with no air con and a driver who did not speak any English. He laughed at us and proceeded to drive at speeds of a 150-160kph on a dual carriageway. A little scary to say the least. At one point there was what looked to be a police officer in the road asking him to pull over but instead he put his foot on the gas and swerved around him at 160kph and giving him the middle finger whilst I can only assume insulting him loudly in Spanish. As if the journey could not get any worse he spent most of it on the phone shouting. Both myself and partner were on edge and concerned as to what was actually going on. We were then sat on a hard shoulder of a carriageway for 5-10 mins whilst he took several calls. I was even more alarmed at this point and fearing we were in danger as we had no clue what was happening. The driver then proceeded to pick up speed again driving erratically and finally pulling up in front of a bus again on the hard shoulder. We were pushed out of the car and onto the bus, which we assumed we were meant to be on from the start had our driver not been late. Having no clue if this was even our bus we got on as it was our only option other than being stranded or returning back with the crazy driver. We got onto the bus and not a single person spoke English. Not even the tour guide could string a sentence together. We felt so uncomfortable. Upon booking the trip we were advised we would be picked up in a bus, taken to the departure point and would take a speed boat to the 1st destination where we would swim with Star Fish before moving onto Soana island and then get the party boat home, it was also sold as a trip of max group size of 35 which we purposely chose due to anxiety in large groups. Again this was not the case at all and the boat was absolutely packed with over 100+ people with no enough seats for everyone. What we actually got was a party boat at 10 am whereby Rum was handed out, now I like a drink as much as the next man but I don’t want to be rum drunk at 10am there were no starfish anywhere near the natural pool as described, the driver did slow down to show us some starfish miles of the coast but again not as described. Soana island was a beautiful destination and no issue once we arrived. But then, the journey home commenced. We were walked all around the pick up point looking for shade as no one, including the tour guides knew where our bus was after 20+ plus minutes and several phone calls we were then walked to our bus parked up the road. Upon boarding the bus we were sat for 1 hour as the tour guide has lost 4 passengers. We were just sat on a hot bus in 32 degree heat waiting whilst the tour guide walked the island looking for them. They were found and we set off on the journey home. The only tour guide who spoke minimal English then got off the bus half the journey home. I asked how we would get home and he told us this bus would take us. Again not the case we were pulled into a gas station and after a very confusing transaction put on another bus with not a clue if it was the right bus or taking us back to our hotel. We eventually arrived back at our hotel after what should have been a 9 hour trip took 13 hours. We’re tired, confused, worried and quite frankly a little scared at times. This was a shambles with no organisation. As a result of this we would expect nothing unless than a full refund. This trip was completely mis sold and tye itinerary was absolutely nothing like what we got. Such a disappointment and stressful day. Have contacted viator directly to make a complaint and they weren't interested at all. Such bad customer service.
