Accommodating, prompt and professional - Edward and his team were fantastic from the day we booked them for private transport. Our daughter has Autism so shared transports just don’t work for us. We used them for 5 total trips during our last visit to PC, including an excursion, that we also booked with them. They were always there early and would send me a text stating that they were there. They waited close by during our excursion and I sent them a text when we were ready to go. Vehicles were all perfect! Definitely recommend booking the luxury ride. 10/10 would recommend these guys!

Felt like a VIP in the DR! - Alvaro & his team were truly a 10/10 experience. We were referred to them by a family friend and they did not disappoint. This trip was celebrating my husband’s 40th & our anniversary and they made us feel special. From the moment we started communication he was professional, welcoming and very helpful. He gave us multiple options & suggestions for excursions and experiences. We ended up using them for VIP round trip airport rides & a catamaran excursion. While there he was accessible & kept us updated the whole time and we felt safe which was important. We will absolutely recommend his team & use them if we come back.

Luxury Transportation for Your Dominican Vacation!!! - Let me start by saying I am an extremely conscientious person when it comes to safety and a stickler for punctuality. Some people have concerns about their safety when travelling to a different country, I am one of these people for sure! I have been using Fantasy’s Travel for many years now and never have me or my family and friends felt unsafe, in fact, quite the opposite. Granted the sea of taxi drivers at the Punta Cana airport can be daunting, staff from Fantasy’s Travel are always there with my name on a sign, quickly collect our bags and wisk us off to their gorgeous Suburban. This is easily the most luxury a person could want to begin their vacation. Aside from the luxurious vehicles, Edward and his staff have always been there waiting for me and my family to arrive and the communication from this company is FLAWLESS!!! We really only need to send one message to Edward with our flight details and everything is looked after for us from there. Being somewhat worried, I generally send some follow up messages which I receive responses from almost immediately after sending them. If you are tired of packed, hot, noisy and confusing busses and want to avoid luggage fiasco’s and stopping at resort after resort just to begin the holiday you paid so much for already, I HIGHLY recommend this service! On a side note, the Suburban’s are so nice we were mistaken for celebrities on our departure from our resort! 😂😂😂
