Beautiful! - Everything was amazing! From the early pickup, to the parasailing instructors, the beach, so much to love about this! I enjoyed every second of it!!!

Exciting - Staff was amazing from the pickup to the drop off. I’m scared of heights but this was amazing! So beautiful in the air!

Parasailing experience. - They were amazing! We were the only ones on the boat so he let us "drive" rather boat. Got so many amazing pictures. Definitely something we will be doing again! With the $250 price you get parasailing, access to the beach club (which includes an amazing beach) and transport. Everyone was very nice, respectful and made this experience one we will never forget!

Loved it! - This was so much fun! Our guide was great, and it was very easy and relaxing to go up. We loved getting to see the Manta rays from up there.

Perfect! Except... - Everything was very spectacular. The sunset, the sailing, the charcuterie boards, the service, etc etc etc. A lovely evening! The only exception is - We sat next to the captain (on the top of the boat) and he talked loudly on a personal phone call for 10 to 15 minutes before my husband finally got his attention and told him he was "ruining the romantic atmosphere" and he did hang up shortly thereafter.

AVOID THIS MISERABLE DUMP - AVOID: RAIN OR SHINE PARASAILING WITH NO REFUND. This was a truly terrible experience through and through. First of all for a 30-minute parasailing experience they want to steal an entire day from your vacation. They drop you off at this dumpy resort an hour early just so they can extract more money while you sit around without so much as a beverage. There’s nothing to do and they only offer a bottomless food/drink option- you can’t even buy yourself a mimosa to try and cheer up while you sit sopping wet waiting for the rain to stop. We new the weather was bad so we tried to reschedule first thing in the morning. They assured us “it’s not raining here at the marina” we got there and it was not only raining but the whole place was a swamp and there wasn’t even anywhere dry to sit. They expected us to sit there all day waiting for the sun to come out. We had to make a scene just to get a ride back to our hotel. Worst day of our vacation by far. The only refund they finally agreed to was the hidden fees… oh yea by the way there’s a bunch of hidden costs! Apparently $258 doesn’t cover the “docking fees” Truly unbelievable that they refused to refund us after stealing a whole day and not delivering the parasailing experience we paid for. They had the audacity to challenge the fact that it was raining. These people are eager to LIE TO STEAL YOUR MOMEY! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

I got SCAMMED by Wisest Travel/ Viator! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! - If I could give this tour zero stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and book on Expedia or TripAdvisor Or honestly book with your resort directly! Viator and Wisest Travel are both SCAMS! I booked this activity for 3 pm and the pickup was way earlier than what was on my tickets. So I was in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting before calling to find out pickup was a different time.They stole my money on my birthday then didn’t allow me to reschedule the activity or receive a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Customer service is terrible and all they want is to take your money. Do not book through either of these sites. Especially Wisest Travel.

Horrible communication….rip off - Horrible communication and services. They do not contact you prior to your excursion. I waited for an hour just to find out they already came by. They did not email, or call to let me know. They refused to give my refund back EVEN THOUGH IT WAS RAINING AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PARASAIL ANYWAY.
