Highlights
- Islas Marietas - 1st Stage: Isla Redonda, to enter Playa Escondida. We will swim approx. 80 meters from the boat to the interior of the crater, in the company of our guide and wearing life jackets, to enter through the underwater tunnel and finally arrive at Playa Escondida. If the tide is not high, it is possible to enter the 2 caves that are right there in Playa Escondida.
- Islas Marietas - 2nd stage: Snorkeling in the Calavera Reef area to learn about the marine life that inhabits this marine sanctuary. We will put on our snorkeling equipment and life jackets to carry out the activity in the company of our guide.
- Islas Marietas - 3rd Stage. Visit to Secret Beach. Thanks to a natural phenomenon in the change of sea currents, it will be possible to visit this beach, which remains inaccessible for much of the year. We will swim about 10 meters to enjoy what many consider the most beautiful beach in the bay, framed by extravagant rock formations and truly beautiful arches.
- Islas Marietas - 4th Stage: Second Crater on Isla Larga, called ¨Puente de Piedra¨. We will bring the boat closer until we arrive just below the arch of this impressive crater. It is a place where time seems to stop, ideal for making a wish.
- Islas Marietas - 5th Stage: Bird Watching. Both in our passage through Isla Circular and Isla Larga, inhabit various species of birds, of which the best known is the Blue-footed Booby Bird. We will go around the islands to see the different species of birds and their nesting areas.
- Islas Marietas - 6th Stage: Whale Watching. From December 10 to March 23 it is possible to go whale watching and see the babies with their mothers enjoying this marine sanctuary. This area is the entry and exit point for their migration to our bay.
- Marietas Islands - 7th Stage: Marine Geyser. To the north of Isla Larga is the “Blowhole” La Bufadora. Our boat will prepare to receive a great jet of sea water.
- El Anclote - 7th Stage: Gastronomic Experience - Acapulqueño Shrimp Ceviche: We will prepare, with boiled shrimp, orange juice, oregano, olive oil, avocado, ketchup, tomato, onion and serrano peppers.
If any of the guests have any dietary restrictions, we can prepare various options so that they can enjoy something according to their preferences.
- El Anclote - 9th Stage (optional with a special cost of 30 usd per person): Enjoy a Surf class on the best beach with friendly waves, famous for its small long waves, ideal for learning and catching your wave for the first time.

- Surf Class: For Tour guests, it is possible to coordinate a surf class at the end of the tour at a special price of 30 USD or 450 pesos. Our lunch will be on the best beach to learn.
Additional Information
It is an adventure SAFARI, organized by local people, for small groups of less than 10 people. The service is completely personalized.
We will enter Playa Escondida: We will swim approx. 80 meters (6 to 7 minutes round trip) crossing the Marine tunnel that will take us inside the crater. Snorkeling will be in Calavera Reef, you will meet the only fish that grows its own food. Everyone falls in love with the Blue-footed Booby Bird during bird watching. We will visit the idyllic Secret Beach, which is only accessible a few months of the year due to the change in sea currents. We will visit the second Crater known as “Stone Bridge”. We will witness and get wet with the large jets of water launched by the Marine Geyser. Whale Watching is always a great event. (Optional)For those who want to experience an unforgettable Surf lesson, we have the solution to your desire: Our lunch will be right on the best beach with friendly waves.
- On some occasions it may be possible that the start of the Tour must take approximately 1 hour, this is because the tide level may be high, so in order to swim through the tunnel it is better to wait for the tide to go out. We will always notify you 1 or 2 days before your trip.
- The activity is suitable for children over 10 years old and Adults under 65 years old.

Best Experience at Isla Marietas and surf lessons - Everything about this personalized excursion was great! Our boat had a max of 10 people so it was great with our party of 8 and 2 more guests. Eduardo was our boat guide and Ismael was our snorkeling guide. They took us to the hidden beach and it was beautiful! They both were very knowledgeable of the location and Ismael even took pictures for us while there! Plenty of time to see this hidden treasure. It’s a short swim from the boat to the hidden beach with a life vest and Ismael guided us the whole way. Then they took us to 2 other spots to snorkel and then to another beach. Once done, Eduardo fed us shrimp ceviche and cold beers, sodas and water on the beach. Jesus then taught the 4 teenage girls to surf! They had an absolute blast! Jesus was patient and got them going fast! I highly recommend Oceanus Lifetime and this excursion!

Wonderful Private Tour With Friends - Absolutely incredible experience! Our private tour to the Marietas Island, specifically the Hidden Beach, was nothing short of magical. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had the best possible time exploring the stunning natural beauty of the area. The secluded beach was like something out of a dream - crystal clear waters, soft white sand, and surrounded by dramatic rock formations. This tour is a must-do for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable adventure. Five stars all the way!

So much fun to be had! - This trip was amazing. We saw and did so many things with great guides. Everyone we encountered was super-knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We really liked that there were so many options. This was great for us (2 friends traveling together), but I could see this being a fabulous option for families with diverse interests/preferences because there’s something for everyone. Great experience, great company!

An adventure to remember! - Wow what an amazing experience!! Eduardo and his captain made me feel safe the entire time. Me and 5 other friends were well informed about the island we were going to visit and how to swim to the beach.It was my first time snorkeling and it was so beautiful seeing all of the colorful fish. At the end of our trip Eduardo gave us the opportunity to use this subwing that dives deeper in the water while the boat pulls you. It felt like I was flying through the ocean like a mermaid. It was a one of a kind experience! Please take the time to book a trip with Eduardo!!!!

The Perfect Day - Wow. One of my favorite days I've had in a long time. I cannot thank Eduardo and his team enough, they radiate kindness and made the trip so personalized and special. Only about five of us total on the boat, but you get close to the people your sailing with, instead of on the bigger boats everyone kinda is off in their own world. On this boat, we got close with everyone.
As soon as we got there, we sat down with Eduardo and he walked us through how the day would go, but as the day went on he made sure to check in on us, see if we wanted to stay in certain areas longer, or what we were up for. The team here really values feedback and making it a perfect day. Snorkeling was incredible, we saw a yellow puffer fish, and many other vibrant beauties. And it didn't feel rushed, they really let us take our time instead of just in and out.
We also got to test out a new water toy called the Subwing. Your towed behind the boat, holding onto the piece of equipment, and you glide through the water. My friend and I couldn't get enough of this experience. Made us laugh so hard, and was so much fun.
They also had Gopro's and filmed a great deal of the trip, then made very sweet videos of us and put it on their Instagram. They shared the footage with us free of charge.
For lunch, I have a severe allergy to shellfish, so Eduardo made me a special pasta salad.
There's nothing I would change about this experience, it was truly a perfect day.

Eduardo & team was so... - Eduardo & team was so kind! This was a very personalized tour, we did so much in one day and never felt rushed. We were some of the first to try the Subwing and it was AMAZING. May be the best snorkeling I’ve ever experience. Crazy fish! The island blew my mind. I highly recommend this water Safari.

a perfect day! - a perfect day!! Eduardo, Noah and the captain allowed us to see everything we hoped to see and more.
Eduardo clearly explained to us what we were going to see or do.
we even tried the ''Mermaid Thing'' if we offer it to you, try it! on the other hand, tie your swimsuit securely!!
the meal we ate at the beach at the end of the excursion was just too good!
We recommend it to anyone looking for a more private experience specific to their small group!

Excellent experience to visit Marietas Islands - We really wanted to see the Marietas Islands, we found the tour that Eduardo does with his company and it was really a great experience where we were really happy with this tour.
The way in which they have organized the tour is very assertive, since first we visited the Marietas Islands, it gave us security to enter them, once there Daniel took us through the caves and to the safe places within the island.
Afterwards we went snorkeling in a beautiful area, I really liked it because Daniel was guiding us and at the same time he let us enjoy freely.
Finally we went to the secret island, a place with different shades of sea, there we saw a whale and on the way back we were lucky that a family of dolphins was swimming near us.
When we arrived on land Eduardo took us to a beach to learn how to surf, he already had some jicama rocks, beers, soft drinks and a very delicious shrimp ceviche.
It was one of the best experiences with nature we have had, highly recommended.

Good guided day with my husband - The guide on our tour was very friendly. I expected him to know a little bit more about the birds & fish that we saw, kind of like a wildlife guide would know. We loved swimming through the tunnel & he kept encouraging me to use him and his life preserver ring , if I needed to. He served us great food at the end & arranged for us to use surfboards at the beach where we had lunch. That was super nice. In the end he gave us a souvenir to take home. Very nice!
