Great experience for a great price - This trip was amazing. The views were impressive. The guides Carlos and Harlem were very friendly and knowlegable. I am looking forward to our next trip together.

La Fortuna/Paradise Hot Spring Tour - My family had a lovely time on our excursion with our tour guide Alex. We saw La Fortuna water fall and spent an hour there then went for the best lunch I’ve had yet in Costa Rica. Because it was raining we decided to skip the lava flow tour and go straight to the hot springs where we spent 2 hours relaxing in peace. Our tour guide, Alex, was lovely and friendly. He gave a brief history of the country and different regions and was always smiling. He was a true pleasure to have as our tour, he even stopped so that we could see a sloth up in tree. Would highly recommend doing a tour with this group.

La Fortuna/Arenal/Hot Springs - We had a great experience aided by our fantastic guide Alex. He took the time to give us history and managed to find a stop to see sloths! The food was also very good. Would recommend.

Super long day but worth the money for all you see and not needing to drive!! - Picked up from hotel at the time promised. Did everything on the schedule. Got a little treat for breakfast- could also buy other snacks at several places on the route in the morning. Given coffee at one but can also buy it if you need it sooner at the coffee farm. Saw two amazing waterfalls. Bring a jacket- it’s misty and rainy at any given second and then 90 and humid. Made several quick stops to see wildlife along the way! Sloths, iguanas, hummingbirds. Lunch and dinner had plenty of options and even picky/ vegetarian eaters found something. Tell them if you don’t eat mushrooms or plantains though as they like to put those in veggie options. Water would be my one suggestions for restaurants to give. Other tips- bring a bag for your camera (like the water proof ones) if you want to take it on the zip line. They won’t let you take it otherwise. They do take pics but it’s $15-18 per person. Also- bring water shoes or shoes you don’t mind getting wet for rappelling after the zip line. You end up in the river and shoes get soaked. We didn’t know this. You don’t need a towel as the website says- the hot springs provides this for you. They also have lockers for you to store things for free and hairdryers for after you are all wet to dry before dinner. Get ready for a long ride back- time bathroom breaks accordingly. Left at 6am and got back around 9:30… yes it’s a long day but they really pack a ton in and once you see the crazy roads and traffic, I’m glad I didn’t choose to drive it! Harlem and Luis were great tour guides- Harlem really explained everything in both English and Spanish well.

Alex is the Best - Had a great day with our tour guide Alex! He was very friendly and funny. We got rained out of doing the volcano portion but we got more time at the hot springs. Overall amazing experience!
