Great fun and customer service - Was so impressed with the customer service here! We had an all day tour booked and my youngest son had either a stomach bug or food poisoning and we couldn’t do the canopy tour that day. They were able to accurate us moving that part of our visit to the following day so we all could participate and it was so much fun!

Best Experience of our Trip - Highly recommend this park. We did ziplining, the canopy walk, and the sloth sanctuary. This was our favorite ziplining we've done. The lengths are all pretty long. The staff was amazing! They were so much fun! They kept everyone moving right along. You never had to wait long. Highly recommend doing the Tarzan swing. The sloth sanctuary was a neat experience. They have 12 sloths there that were all saved and unable to adapt to the outside world so they will spend the rest of their lives there. You get to see them up close. They are very well taken care of. The canopy walk was incredible. We were often the only ones around. This is a must do. We saw so many animals. The suspension bridges gave you great looks into the rainforest that you wouldn't otherwise see.

Highlight of Our Costa Rican Adventure - This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Ziplining and Tarzan swinging through the rainforest is a magical experience that I think ought to be on everyone's bucket list. At Selvatura, you get a day-long experience like at Disney or Universal, but without the lines and for half the price. You also get fresh air and exercise. There are few family experiences this good.

Wonderful and diversified experience for my entire family! - My family (kids age 7 and 9) really enjoyed our visit. We visited the sloths, butterfly garden, reptiles and did the zip lining. The sloth visit was INCREDIBLE! We went on the first tour and they had just placed food in the exhibit so the sloths were quite active. It was a wonderful way to see many sloths up close and enjoy watching them move and also eat. The guide provided us alot of information - highly recommend. We also really loved the butterfly garden - it is a beautiful large exhibit with so many different butterflies to enjoy - definitely recommend. The reptile exhibit was okay, but we had already done a night tour and saw most of the frogs and snakes in the exhibit in the wild already but it was nicely maintained. Finally, we did the canopy tour. We had alot of fun on the zip lines and my husband enjoyed the superman experience. My entire family also did the Tarzan swing and enjoyed that as well. This day trip was probably the most enjoyable for our family given how many different things we did all in one day.

Incredible experience - do not miss! - We absolutely loved this day - one of favourite days from our honeymoon! We were both a bit nervous of the ziplines, but once we completed the first line, all our fears went away. The guides are amazing, so helpful and encouraging and they know exactly what they are doing. We trusted them 100% and we had a fantastic experience - the views really are incredible.
We spent the rest of the day exploring the hanging bridges (thoroughly recommend this if you don't want to zipline) - the views were amazing and the trail was great. We had fantastic weather and it was a great way to soak up the sun and see for miles.
We had a fantastic lunch - they could have really scrimped on this as they have a captive audience but the food was absolutely delicious and well worth the cost. The staff were really friendly and service was super quick!
We also visited the sloths, the reptiles and the butterflies. This was the least exciting part of the trip due to their captivity, but glad we visited all the same. The guides were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome day. Best zip lining I’ve ever done! - This was an awesome day! Hanging bridges tour, zip lining, then lunch. After we visited a sloth refuge. Please note that you will walk uphill and many steps to access the various zip line platforms. So you should be in good physical shape and wear good hiking clothes and shoes. Prepare for possible rain and bring a raincoat. The zip line platform guys really go quick. I would recommend slowing down. It kinda stressed us out.

Avoid this place if you can. - Re: zip line, some guides were robotic with 0 warmth. Also bring food. $10 for chips?! Watch 4 upsells too. I regret coming here!

Do not buy the extra pictures or rent a GoPro - I really enjoyed the zip lining. The surroundings are magical. I would not recommend buying the pictures or renting the GoPro. The pictures are few with multiple duplicates when you access your pictures. The GoPro video was not available at all, and I am still trying to get an answer as to why. Total waste of $65.00 extra for no video and a couple of pictures.

Reckless staff and faulty equipment - Please be aware of the unsafe practices before you book with this company. I visited the park in July with my family and suffered a terrible accident on one of the zip lines. Near the end of the line (but before the automatic braking zone) I suddenly came to a stop for no apparent reason. However the guests waiting behind me, which were 2 children sharing 1 ride, were released early and collided with me at full force. My family had already completed this line and had to watch in horror as this was happening. As too did the parents of the children who were waiting on the other side.
The whole activity had to be closed until we could be rescued from the line. Once we were taken to safety one of the staff inspected my equipment and informed me that the part that connected me to the line was faulty, which caused me to suddenly stop.
We have visited many zip lines around the world but have never witnessed the reckless practice of releasing a guest before the previous one has dismounted. This shows complete disregard for the safety of their customers. The accident resulted in severe bruising and pain in my lower back. To make matters worse, the park promised to fully refund the costs of our tickets, but after nearly 4 months of chasing they have failed to do so. I hope my terrible experience will make you think again before booking with this company.

Costa Rica you have to avoid agencies it’s unfortunate but that’s how it is - It's a great scam
Don't go through the agencies, go there on your own and you won't be fooled!
