While the people working there were attentive, the gear was really dirty and smelly. I had to take a shower to get the smell from the helmet off of me. The gloves were so dirty inside we had to wash our hands for several minutes to get them completely clean. The last concern was the gear. A second harness was added to me that hit me in the face and teeth every time I landed on a platform. I don’t think it was out in correctly. It made using the zip line incredibly uncomfortable and not as enjoyable as the others in my party. Please take more care with your gear and clean it between uses. It felt really disgusting to be smelling someone else’s sweat and dirt the entire experience.
