Best Tour Ever! - Crazy Alex is an icon! He was so much fun, and even with the other boats going by. The monkeys love him, and know him so well that they feel so comfortable with us visitors. Even Scarface came to see us (which he usually doesn't). We had so much fun, and it was the highlight of my trip! This is a must-do no matter your age!

Don’t Miss This! - The entire trip was excellently done. We loved our guide, Alex. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, & entertaining. It was one for the memory book!!!

Don’t miss this!!!! - A must do in Costa Rica! Our guide “Crazy Alex” was the best! We saw monkeys, snakes, amazing birds- even a baby crocodile! Alex could literally call the animals to him. Highly recommend!!!

Simply Wonderful!! - Our family (4 adults and one child, age 4) had a wonderful time on the Monkey Mangrove Tour. Both Alex, our tour guide, and Walter, our boat operator, were extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. Alex made the tour fun for everyone! His ability to make realistic animals sounds is amazing and quite captivating! We saw many animals on the tour, including families of monkeys who came onto our boat. Each person on our trip was able to pictures with the monkeys and get a special "monkey kiss." The trip was certainly worth the money we paid (included transportation from our condo in Jaco). I would highly recommend not only this tour, but also Alex and Walter!!

Monkeys, birds, lizards, sloth, alligators, bats and more! - Our guide "Crazy Alex" was great! He can make so many animal sounds - different birds, crickets, sloth, you name it. He also seems to have an uncanny ability to attract animals to him. During our tour, he called out to a few birds and they showed up! He situated us by putting banana pieces on our hand and cheek for the monkey to take. It was quite an experience that I'll never forget.

This was a fun excursion... - This was a fun excursion -- very laid back. The monkeys were so awesome, and the guide gave each person plenty of time to experience the monkeys. Take bug spray!!

Great Experience! - We had a great experience and appreciate him still taking us even though we were a small group. Our guide and boat captain were both wonderful. We saw sloths, an anteater, iguanas, and lots of monkeys! It was a highlight on our trip for sure!

Monkey Fun in the Mangroves - This tour is a must do, whenever you are close to Jaco. Our granddaughter was thrilled to interact with monkeys and see the turtles. Door to door service was on time. The driver was first class, allowing us to stop to purchase fruits on the return to our condominium. The tour guide was professional and hilarious. Take the tour! You'll have a blast!

Close encounter with white face monkeys - I took my children on the monkey grove tour in Costa Rica and it was INCREDIBLE. We got to encounter white face monkeys up close. Our guide was knowledgeable on the history & animals of Costa Rica. The boat captain navigated the river effortlessly and help spot snakes in the trees, sloths (2 & 3 toe), Jesus Christ lizards, plus plenty of other critters & plant life. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. This was a priceless experience.
