MUST DO! - MUST DO! We stayed in Jaco, the agency was able to pick us up and were so profesional and quick to respond! The whole boat ride to and from the island is an experience with a DJ & a GREAT MC who will keep you entertained. Be ready to laugh and dance! The Island is beautiful you can’t lounge, swim, rent kayaks/paddle boards, shop at the gift shop or hang around the bar. It’s so beautiful would 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic detail oriented crew - Fantastic tour and team of professionals. Every detail was great. Rau, main guide was kind and funny. The team took drone videos which they shared with us of the whales we saw breaching and the banana boat ride. Edwardo was an excellent captain spotting the water wildlife, DJ Chapo was excellent, and his sax performance during lunch was extraordinary. All the supporting staff were friendly and helpful. Great day, even when the weather wasn’t perfect.

Tropical paradise - My only complaint is the tour guide forgot to give us food and drink tickets which added a layer of stress to our experience. We were still able to get some food but missed out of the free drinks. Which I don't understand because he remembered us but said we still couldn't get any. I guess he thought we were trying to get extra tickets. Other than that, it was a great experience and a beautiful beach. The boat trip is long though. It was about a 14 hour excursion because the boat goes very slow and it takes about 2 hours to get to the island. But the boat ride was fun and the crew was very nice.

Fun in the sun - Good experience overall.
The season you go in matters so much, I came in their “winter” season and the water was not clear like it was when I came during their summer season.
Snorkeling was fun but again the water was not ver clear so not much was seen.
Pick up was a nightmare we were never told the location to where we needed to arrive to and we were never confirmed until the night before if we would be picked up or not, I contacted them multiple times asking for information and the third party kept telling me they would reach out to them and get back but I wouldn’t hear anything back until late at night.
Everything else was great, staff was amazing, drinks strong and good, service over all amazing.

Bad experience with the driver Alberto Vasquez of the turtle beach tour. - Sin Palabras, Alberto Vasquez es
The name of the driver who picked us up at the
Tomorrow to take us to a meeting point with the bus that would take us to the port to take the catamaran to Isla
Tortuga. Alberto Vazquez, a tough, spoiled, lousy driver. We thought we'd have an accident because of the way this guy drives. I was in such a hurry that when we arrived at one of the hotels to pick up one of the tourists, the man did not expect her. He was desperate to leave, even though the hotel porter told him that the tourist had returned to her room to bring her passport and would not be long. It was not Pure Life for this person, as well as for us. And the worst part was that the person had paid for the tour that is not cheap $170 dollars. He didn't mind when we asked him to wait for her. It's not just what happened. Costa Rica is not a cheap country and many people make an effort to travel on many occasions.

Horrible - Called the day before to check on weather cancellation. No answer to the text or the phone calls. Got ahold of them the morning of and the person on the phone said everything was fine to go. We even showed her the forecast for the island. She did not care. SO we went. When we set sail on the boat they announced that we could not snorkel due to the weather but they gave us beer tickets. The six bear tickets we got did not even come close from the epic waste of time. Could not snorkle. Could not go into the water. I understand weather issues but when we called they should have told the truth. it was the worst customer service by the operator. she is a liar. Rained anbout 70% of the time and there was about 10 foot swells. We all had to sit inside for the boat ride. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not a good experience with this company - All of our information was provided. They never came to pick us up. They sent a message through the site to confirm pick up the day before but I wasn't notified of any kind of message. I would have had to randomly look. However my confirmation said where to pick us up. When I called the vendor they were rude and blamed me for not confirming and I said I told you where when I purchased the tickets and got confirmation then. There was not a need to confirm again. At 6:20 I asked if he was coming and he said no.
