Day 1: Guiyang - Kaili - Miao Village - Show (L, D)

At 9:00 AM, meet the expert guide and driver in the hotel lobby to begin an exciting tour.

Travel to Kaili (approximately 2 hours), the heart of Miao minority culture. En route, visit a Miao village to admire the villagers’ traditional costumes and hairstyles, and learn embroidery from them. Enjoy a special local lunch with a family.

Next, journey (about 1 hour) to another authentic Miao village, where you can explore and experience village life. There may be an opportunity for a family visit.

Then, proceed to another Miao village to witness a vibrant show of Miao singing and dancing. Guests are invited to partake in their traditional greeting by enjoying wine. After the show, enjoy free time to explore the village or shop with the villagers.

Stay overnight in a local guesthouse equipped with western amenities in the village.

Day 2: Leigongshan Natural Reserve - Xijia Village - Gejia Village - Guiyang (B, L)

At 8:00 AM, the guide and driver will meet you at the guesthouse with a simple breakfast prepared, including omelettes, bread, fruits, coffee, etc.

After breakfast, depart for Leigongshan Natural Reserve (about 1 hour). Enjoy a light hike through the pristine forest and waterfalls. This 2-hour walk offers a refreshing morning exercise.

Following this, head to Kaili for a local lunch at a restaurant. Then, transfer to a Xijia Minority village for a family visit to learn about this small Chinese tribe. Hike along a mountainous path to another authentic Gejia minority village, renowned for batik making. Witness and learn the batik-making process.

Finally, after visiting the village, the guide will return you to the hotel in Guiyang, concluding the trip.
