Wonderful biking day in Quebec - Probably our most enjoyable day in the city . The bike was extremely easy to use and the owner was so helpful in teaching us and giving us suggestions for where to go . A bike path the whole way helped us to feel safe and comfortable . Highly recommend this !

Don't miss this Adventure! - Steps from the Port. Our favorite adventure off our ship. Safe, well marked bike lanes and trails line this beautiful city and beyond. Mark and David gave us all we needed for a worry free EV bike ride and if you haven't ridden EV, you must!! They gave us a map, some advice and we took off to see the Falls and the beauty along the way. Thank you ECHO SPORTS, you are the BEST!!

Like an amusement park ride - The actual bike itself! So fun! Never rode an electric bike before - made the trip sooo easy! One quick lesson and we were off.

Beautiful Day in Quebec and Montmorency Falls! - Our family trip this year was in Quebec and what a beautiful city it is! The highlight of our week was renting electric bikes and riding to Montmorency Falls. Such a beautiful ride and Echo Sports Rental was great to work with. The bikes were ready when we arrived and the staff was helpful. We would definitely recommend this adventure!

Great shop!! - We had a great experience. We rented bikes and took the ferry over to Levis at the recommendation of the shop. This is so close by and very easy. He lent us gloves as it was chilly that day. Helmets were included and he even gave us a great lunch reconnection. We had a great time!

e-bike Team Building Activity - Had to opportunity to participate in a team building activity as part of a corporate event. Great location and good customer service despite the fact that he was alone to serve all customers. The e-bikes and helmets were in good working condition. They kept our belongings safe, however they could use a locker system to leave our valuables. It was a good experience overall!

Excellent Electric Bike Trip Along and Across the River - Since we had already seen Montmorency Falls during our visit and had plenty of time one morning/afternoon, Mark suggested that we ride to and across the Quebec Bridge, then ride along the opposite shoreline and finally take the ferry back to QC. What an excellent experience! And using the electric bikes we were able to do it without a lot of effort and under four hours, including a stop for lunch. Sweet!

Go Electric - Wow! Must do...rent an electric bike and zoom around the city! Mark was super helpful in mapping out a route for me to see great spots and be back in time to catch my train. The bikes are super easy to handle and an excellent deal for the price. Highly recommend!
