Highlights
  • The Old Port of Quebec - Cycle from our office along a bike path that traverses the Old Port. Nestled between the Saint Lawrence River and the Saint-Charles River, it serves as a crucial maritime hub for trade and cruises, bolstering both the local and national economy.

The bike path leads you straight to the Saint-Charles River Linear Park.

  • St. Charles River Linear Park - This 9 km linear bike path is our top pick in Quebec City for cycling. It’s a hidden gem right in the heart of downtown. Here, you can experience local life blending seamlessly with nature and the urban landscape of Quebec City. You’ll also uncover its rich history.
  • Québec General Hospital - Established in the 17th century, the Hôpital Général de Québec is a historic convent and hospital complex situated between the Saint-Charles River and stone enclosure walls. The architectural ensemble includes various wings that house the former general hospital and Augustinian monastery, creating four interior courtyards. The main facade, featuring the Notre-Dame-des-Anges chapel, overlooks the former parish cemetery. (Exterior visit only)
  • Cartier-Brebeuf National Historic Site - This serene urban green space along the Saint-Charles River commemorates the arrival of French explorer Jacques Cartier in 1535. Today, it is a cherished recreational area for both locals and visitors, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
  • Le Grand Marche de Quebec - This is Quebec City’s primary Farmer’s Market, showcasing local produce and fresh goods. We suggest planning your purchases in advance as our visit will be brief.

Located in the main area known as Expo Cité, it is the venue for major events throughout the year and home to the Vidéotron Centre, our large indoor hockey rink.

  • Le Centre Videotron - The Centre Vidéotron in Québec City is a versatile arena known for hosting concerts, sports events (especially hockey), and cultural shows. (Exterior visit only)
  • École de cirque de Québec - Housed in a repurposed former church, the École de Cirque de Québec is a distinctive institution dedicated to circus arts. (Exterior visit only)
  • Café La Maison Smith Limoilou - Enjoy a light lunch and beverage with your group at our founder Émilie’s favorite café, where generations gather and dreams take flight.
  • Limoilou - Depending on the time available, you will make one or more additional cultural or historical stops in Limoilou.
  • Le parc de l’Amerique-Latine - This park symbolizes our unique connection to Latin American countries through our shared language.
  • Gare du Palais - The stunning train station of Québec City!
