Nice Trip - Nice trip if you want to check out the falls, island (chocolate shop), and outskirts of Quebec (copper shop and church). I wish we had more time at the falls (felt constrained as we had 1 hour we had at the stop), but would consider a separate trip to the falls (for more time) if we visit Quebec again. But overall good tour.

Do this!!! - The trip was wonderful! We enjoyed our time on the bus, and our driver shared excellent information in a fun, cheeky way. The sites we visited were beautiful and contrary to some other reviews, we found it to be enough time at each locale. Our driver gave us a little extra time at Montmorency and the Chocolate shop as it was busy for the summer hours. The stop at Albert Gilles Copper Studio and Museum was interesting, and we purchased a beautiful piece for our home. Highly recommended!

Amazing Francois! - Francois was an amazing guide! He was funny and knew all the history of all the areas we went! His stories of the areas we drove through were sweet and endearing! My family and I could not have had a better experience!

Unparalleled Experience - We usually see these falls as a single waterfall but Montmorency Falls is actually made up of three separate waterfalls. Montmorency Falls Park is built around the Grand Sault which is the largest and most magnificent of the three waterfalls. One of the two others is natural and the other was formed by the old hydroelectric power station remains of which are still somewhat visible. These two insignificant falls rarely appear in the pictures and are very small. These are taller than Niagara Falls by 30 meters. We crossed the suspended bridge and the scenes below on both sides were spectacular with water roaring just below your feet. Place is open year-round. Starting from the Manoir there’s a walk path along the cliff leading to the suspension bridge. On the way, you can stop at La Baronne observation deck to admire the scenery. There is a staircase featuring 487 steps to go to the base area from the suspended bridge. At the bottom of the steps you will enjoy being splashed by spray from the waterfall and to feel all its gushing vigor. Passing over the river, the old railway crossing has been replaced by a long and wide footbridge providing an excellent pedestrian access and the multi-levelled platforms. This is very relaxing experience allowing the visitors to sit and take a good look at the waterfall as a whole. They also have the interpretation centre, gift shop and the restaurant in the building named The Manoir which we also visited. The information was quite exhaustive with the history of the power generation through the river falls water in this area. For history lover - the indigenous people living in the area had long known about the waterfall. However it was Québec's founder, Samuel de Champlain, who named the falls in 1608 in honor of the Duke of Damville, Charles de Montmorency-Damville, Admiral of France and Brittany, viceroy of New France. First hydropower generating station in Canada became operational near Montmorency Falls in 1885 to provide lighting to the city of Québec. Street lamps on the Dufferin Terrace in Québec City were powered by this hydropower plant after a few years.

Good Way to See Things Outside the City - Enjoyed visiting Orleans Island and St. Anne's the best. Copper place was mildly interesting. Chocolate store was just a store. The "chapel" under the church was mind blowingly beautiful! Our guide, Francois, was one of the best ever and pretty easy on the eyes as a bonus.

Take this Tour - The Falls are beautiful but we didn’t have enough time there. Our favorite was the copper stop. Fascinating place and amazing works of art. St Anne’s was also beautiful. The driver was very informative.

Nice day trip. - The falls were the highlight of the day. I wish we had more time there. The chocolate shop was too crowded but it was interesting driving on the island

Disappointing - This was the least satisfactory of all the tours we did recently in Canada. The highlight should have been the Falls, which are well worth a trip. However the bus driver warned us about running out of time if we took the cable car, or walked up the steps and, not wanting to be left behind, we didn't try to do either. This tour would be so much better if sufficient time was allowed. Otherwise I think people should just take public transport out there and spend as much time as they want. Disappointing.

I'd rather walk to the falls. - Very overbooked, we couldn't buy any chocolate because it would've melted, and we don't need 30 minutes for an ice cream shop. Especially when some passengers don't want it. We also did NOT get the bus in the picture, false advertising!! We made many stops that were catholic, it did not mention that. We didn't have enough time to actually go to the top of the falls. Workers were very friendly.
