Great staff - Great staff. Everyone we spoke to at Echo was friendly and helpful. Ended up just renting for a couple hours b/w the rain storms. Took the path along the water to the bridge with my 13 year old.

Cruiser Bike Rental - We had a fabulous 3 hour bike rental from Echo Bikes. The location is perfect with easy access to relatively flat and safe separated bike lanes heading west and east along the St Lawrence river. Mark runs the place was super friendly and helpful. The rentals were brand new yet very inexpensive. We pedaled up the hillside to the plains of Abraham the same route as the English soldiers in 1759 with lots of history plaques along the way. This is a great way to spend an active half day in Quebec City. We have done dozens of bike rentals on our travels. Echo bikes is ranked amongst the best.

Great staff, good bikes - Very kinda staff that let us reschedule to another day because the original day we booked it was raining. They helped adjust our bikes to make sure they were comfortable. We rented the bikes and then took the ferry to Levis. The kind staff gave us a map and showed us where we could bike in Levis. Since we ended up during 15+ miles, next time I would probably rent the electric because we were tired at the end

Echo-lent Choice for Bike Rental - Definitely recommend calling ahead to reserve bike rental. Bike paths in Quebec are well laid out and this seems like a popular activity while visiting this quaint city. Bikes were ready upon arrival, and rentals include helmets and lock. Would opt for entire day rental rather than 4 hours if going to Montmorency Falls (especially if you choose to zip line or ride cable car). Solid choice!!

Great way to explore the beautiful area around Quebec & avoid the crowds. Amazing and friendly staff. - Had the best day cycling along the St Lawrence, across the old Quebec bridge, through Levis and back on the ferry. The staff at Echo were very friendly and helpful. We called to make sure they had bikes available on a busy holiday weekend and they still had a great selection (e-bikes, hybrids, road bikes and cruisers). We had planned to go up to the Chutes but mentioned that the crowds in Old Quebec were a bit overwhelming. They recommended the route we took instead and it was fantastic. Bikes were in great condition and well maintained. The shop had everything you might need (including sunscreen and water bottles). Prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

Bike rental in Quebec - We had a great experience renting bikes with Echo Sports just on the river in Quebec. We took the ferry across the river and road down the bike path to Levis -- about 10 kilometers. We had a great lunch at O'Ravito Cafe. Croissant sandwiches. The owner, Odette, likes all her customers to use their French. We then road back up and got the ferry and were back at Echo Sports in 4 hours. The bikes were great and the service was charming. We could not recommend Echo Sports and this bike ride more. Do it.

Reasonably priced and friendly staff - We did a walk in bike rental - super easy and the staff was friendly. They even took some time to explain where we can ride. The bikes were well maintained and worked well.

Great experience! - To start, the man at the counter in the shop was friendly and welcoming! He got us set up with two road bikes, helmets, and a bike lock. He gave us a detailed map of where to ride, and stops to make along the way. We rode across the bridge to Lévis, and made a stop at the brewery he recommended right next to the ferry dock. Great food and beer! The whole ride was safe and we followed a bike path the majority of the time. The ride goes through a quiet neighborhood in Lévis which is scenic, as well. We took the one way ferry back to the shop, and had a great day overall! Something to note: the ferry took longer to board than we thought, and we ended up being 15 minutes late for our return. We gave the shop a call on our way, and they were very kind in letting us return them a bit late!

Great price - download a maps app and go off on your own - The bikes don't have a whole lot of power - so if you're trekking up and down the hills in Plains of Abraham Park plan on doing a little WORK! Still, great rate for in-town ride, and amazed that I could make the bike small enough for my short legs!
