A fun way to get a different perspective of Quebec City and surroundings - This was a fun way to see Quebec City from a different vantage point - including the falls. The kids enjoyed it. We, unfortunately, had rain for part of the cruise - but still enjoyed the outing. The narration was excellent during the cruise.

Great way to taste what Ile d’ Orleans has to offer - If you are visiting Quebec City without a car, this is a great way to experience what the Ile d’ Orleans has to offer. It is a great island to visit and the bus makes for an easy way to get around.

Don't miss out on the evening cruise - I'm so happy we did this! It was one of the highlights of our trip. The weather was perfect. It was not too crowded and the ship was clean and well maintained. There were lots of seats to choose from. We went by the Montmorency falls but not too close. I loved the view coming back into the city. Seeing the Chateau Frontenac from the water was incredible. We did the evening cruise and it was gorgeous with the sunset. The guide spoke in French and English and was very interesting to learn about what we were seeing. I do recommend bringing a light jacket because it does get cool on the water. Happy we went!

Fun, relaxing and interesting! Beautiful views! - Fun and relaxing way to see the views of the city from the river after a day of walking around. Drinks and plenty of comfortable seats on different decks. A guide gives interesting info in both French and English. Definitely recommend!

The sightseeing cruise... - The sightseeing cruise was a great way to begin our time in Quebec City. It was nice to be out on the water and we learned a good bit about the city.

I wouldn't do it again - First, the 90-minute cruise went great. The gentleman in the historical outfit gave great history lessons. He really knew his facts and was happy to provide them to the guests. The crew was all fantastic and should be commended. The food and drinks were priced as you would expect for a boat cruise. The problem is, there isn't much to see. I suppose if you want to see the city from a distance, it is OK, but you could also jump on the ferry and do the same for a lot less money. You do see the waterfall from a distance, but you are so far away that it isn't impressive. I'm not bashing the cruise, but there weren't any fantastic "must-see" attractions.

Lack of communication - Unfortunately after waiting more than an hour in line to board the boat, we never boarded. We had bought a 1h30 guided cruise at the Check-out in Quebec City. Our boarding was scheduled at 11am and Check-out at 11.30am. At 11:45 we were still queuing in the big sun without any news on the situation. The girls at the ticket office knew nothing. At least on reimbursement was easy but I regret the lack of communication from the company. We were the first Check-out of the day and in my opinion, when we bought our tickets around 10am they already suspected that the boat had a problem. We wasted our time and could have done another activity rather than wasting our time waiting.

It is what it is - It was something to do and it got us out on the water. A little bit of history from the guide and you can get expensive lunch and cocktails. You take a little spin on the water and see the falls and come back. It gives you a different perspective on the view of the city. I like being out on the water so it wasn't all bad sipping a glass of wine and it killed a couple of hours. Overall not real exciting but it is what it is.

Not the best - Stood in line in the sun for half an hour. They cancelled it when it was supposed to start and we had to stand in line for refunds. Hoping mine comes through
