Perfect ride - Perfect pickup and ease to get out of airport to our hotel, Le Chateau Frontenac. Very pleasant driver.

Stress-free way of getting to our hotel - Our flight arrived early, and because I had Greygory's cell phone, I was able to alert him of our early arrival. He was waiting for us as soon as we obtained our luggage, and his vehicle was right outside the terminal. He told us a few highlights of the area and where to get some yummy poutine! He dropped us off at the entrance of the hotel and even brought our luggage up the stairs and into the lobby. Thank you, Greygory, our stay in Quebec City was wonderful.

Best transportation in Quebec - The service was awesome. Isabelle was so friendly. The trip from the airport to Old Quebec was a breeze. The vehicle was roomy and very clean. We really appreciated the water for everyone. We were so impressed we booked a private ride to the waterfalls.

Perfect start to a vacation - Driver was waiting at baggage claim. Loaded our bags and off we went. On the way to the hotel he pointed out several things of interest and had recommendations on places to eat. Great ride and convenient . Perfect start to our vacation.

Perfect way to transfer. - Perfect way to transfer from the hotel to the Airport. Our driver, Gregory, was prompt, professional and very friendly. It took all the worry and hassle out of getting to our flights in a foreign city. Easy to arrange and book.

Airport/ excursion travel - Having never arrived at the Québec airport I was unclear where arrivals are met . While waiting at the baggage claim carousal I could see our driver, Isabel, holding an IPad with my name ! Was able to wave to her through the glass doors as we waited for our luggage . She was very pleasant , professional and friendly as she transported us to our hotel, telling us a little about the city . We had arranged a tour for the next day and she was our driver as well ! Isabel was excellent and we enjoyed our time with her ! Though I' m not opposed to group tours , having a private personable driver was a wonderful experience ! If we ever return to Québec will definitely request Isabel!
