Excellent views of the Forth bridges - We did the cruise which included a landing on Inchcolm Island and were delighted that we got 2.5 hours ashiore not just 1.5 as listed. We also stopped as we passed a buoy with 2 seals on so everyone could see. Everything was as or better than described- the only minor cha ge I would have liked would be to go just a little further after passing under Queensferry bridge to allow a photo including tge whole bridge.

Experience the Firth of Fourth. - We were there to see the bridges. Specifically the Forth Train Bridge. Even a little rain didn’t dampen our spirits or our views. The staff was great and my husband spent quite a bit of time in the ticket office prior to our journey learning even more about the bridges from one of the excellent staff. We were able to sit up top and experienced the most amazing views of all three bridges. We were really looking forward to this excursion and they met our every expectation. Fabulous!.

Highly recommended - Everything about this trip is excellent Very easy to precook online and worth every penny All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable The views are amazing and there are lots of photo opportunities Commentary informative without being intrusive On our return trip the captain slowed down so that we could see a large sea lion sunning itself on a buoy Can’t recommend enough Also an opportunity to support the RNLI at the shop on the pier

Even if you are from Scotland you should do this trip. - I’m from Scotland and like many I love our bridges in Edinburgh. I’d never been down ti see them from the shore so when our family came to visit from the States I took advantage of this trip and took the boat tour. It was really good and we were not disappointed. I would possibly book the island landing to get off and see the birds the next time.

Great excursion. - We had a lovely cruise on a sunny day. Excellent narration provided history and interesting information about the bridges. The captain and the mate spotted a seal sunning on a buoy. They stopped so we could take photos. Much appreciated.

Pointless and boring, no puffins - Long, pointless, boring, never gets close to anything, sat at the island for quite some time for no reason, no puffins. Thousands of seagulls. Island is not interesting. View of edinburgh skyline is a dubious claim. Gnome Island with some dead gnomes. Oil platforms. Can't recommend.
