Take part in an exclusive journey into the historical Kuku Yalanji Aboriginal culture. Participate in an art class at Janbal Gallery, mentored by Aboriginal artist Brian ‘Binna’ Swindley, where you will understand how art conveys their stories and also create your own artwork to take along. Get introduced to the ancient Aboriginal ‘routes’ throughout the region en route to Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre, the entry point to the old-growth Daintree rainforest at Mossman Gorge. Upon arrival, partake in a traditional country welcome smoking ceremony followed by a sumptuous lunch.
