A good transfer option - Simply - it was easy to book, arrived on time, the vehicle was clean, comfortable and had seatbelts, and we felt safe. Our trip was from Noosa to the airport.

Brilliant service - Fantastic service! Helpful staff who changed my booking because of a cancelled flight with no fuss or charge. Mini bus was on time (actually early) and clean/comfortable. Great value for money too. Can’t fault it and would definitely use again.

Do not use this company for your transfers! - Do not book this company for transport! I arrived at Maroochydore airport and waited by the counter as instructed. The bus driver Mark was sitting there and didn't acknowledge anyone waiting. Then he walked outside. I asked someone if this was the point of pick up, she wasn't sure. I then walked outside and Mark was just standing there with all these people. We then were allowed on the bus 30 minutes after arrival. It took 1.5 hours to get to my destination. Someone else was there for 2 hours and when she asked why it's taking so long despite there being not a lot of people on the bus, Mark argued and said it is what is. He also kept playing with his phone while driving. I booked an uber on the way back to the airport.

Would not recommend - I tried on 4 occasions (phone AND email) to cancel this booking and the driver apparently turned up to take me to the airport. Terrible service. Waiting for my refund

Regret booking - Avoid & get a Uber. Booked a spot on the advertised 5am transfer to the airport. Within 2hrs of booking they changed it to a 4.10am pickup. Requested a refund as their change in pick up doesn’t suit us. Tracy refused to refund as denied a change in time is a change to the service purchased. Offered a credit only but I never intend to use this service again. No T&C’s about the service provider changing plans. They talk about booking other times ‘at your own risk’ but honestly booking at all is at your own risk.

Where was Connexion? - Be aware if your plane arrives in Brisbane international airport after 11pm or 2300hrs. No trains available at this time of night. So we booked and paid for Conexion to take us home to the Gold Coast. But our plane was delayed, so instead of checking for our flight, Connexion left us high and dry in tha airport with no way of getting home except by taxi, at 1:30 am . God bless taxi drivers.
