The ebikes were... - The ebikes were comfortable and provided enough assistance to ride all the way back to Queenstown. The map provided by the GoingBlue Team was very simple to read and knowing that we could watch for and follow color-coded signs along the way of each route was very helpful.

Great ride and very helpful staff - Really great trail ride - we were glad of the e-bikes in part, as there are some steepish hills. Mostly fairly flat though. Found a decent pint at Arthur's Point. Worth the ride just to see the Millbrook Resort - blingy or what!

Brilliant Going Blue - Great ride connecting Arrowtown with Arthur's Point! Fantastic service from Going Blue. Lots of options for pick up and drop off points and they're always on call if you have any questions. Awesome new Trek E-bikes are super enjoyable to ride. Can't wait for our next cycle adventure and definitely us this company again!

Best value for money in Queenstown and an amazing day out! - Absolutely the best! Totally supported by Jay with right up-to-date bikes, we had a blast, even with a bit of rain! The guys gave great advice and info and were available by phone for any issues (which there weren’t’) We were picked up and could drop the bikes off at any one of a large number of drop off points. Extreme value for money for a great day out. Highly recommended to anyone!

Great way to experience Queenstown !! - The best way to experience Queenstown!! Only a 30-40minute bike ride along the Frankton river to Kelvin grove beach, such a nice ride with amazing views throughout !! The bikes were fast and made the ride home easier 😁 Shout-out to Jordie from Going blue for helping us out with the bikes and dropping them off right to our door in the morning !! 110% reccommend

Totally professional and great fun - Totally professional, so easy to deal with, helpful, friendly, and clear guidance. We were picked up at our hotel in a very comfy van and dropped off with the bikes at Kelvin Heights. The ride round the lake was fantastic. Returned to downtown Queenstown, locked the bikes at an agreed bike rack, and just as we were about to walk away, Jay arrived in the van and took the bikes away. Couldn't be easier. The bikes were great too. Very easy to use.

Good value for casual hire. - Booked a couple of bikes (not E bikes - the real deal) for a half day putter around by ourselves. Very good service provided both in the booking process with prompt text messaging to follow up, and also in the bike delivery and collection. Bikes were fine and just what we were after for our wander around to Kelvin Heights. Funny thing was we got chatting to the delivery guy and between us forgot to pay but sorted out later. Would use these folk again.

Lovely once we got to Kelvin Heights - My wife and I hired two e-bikes to do the ride from Jacks Point to Queenstown center. Booking was easy and Jay picked us up at the agreed time and drove us to Jacks Point. He was affable and good fun to deal with during the ride and the set up. Our BIG challenge was the ride over the hill to the lake. I never had a long enough stretch of track to get the motor to kick in which meant I ended up pushing the bike up about 2/3rds of the hill. I was knackered before I even saw Wakatipu. When we completed that section of the track we saw that the sign said it was for advanced mountain bikers only. We had already told Jay that our preparation had consisted of my wife just doing some time on a spin bike and me not being on a bike for 30 years. Hardly experienced! There was a road next to the track we could have ridden on and that would have made all the difference. As a result I crashed a couple of times but was largely unhurt. My wife wasn't so lucky and is still in pain every time she sits down or gets up now nearly two weeks later. Sadly this ruined our experience. It's a real shame because everything else was great. Good bikes and a gorgeous ride from Kelvin Heights to Queenstown. Bottom line if you are of average fitness get them to drop you at Kelvin Heights and go from there, you'll love it.
