Awesome experience - From the moment we hopped on to the shuttle bus to hopping on our bikes, we knew it would be an awesome experience! We road from Arrowtown to Queenstown, exploring the sites and scenery along the way. We also stopped for lunch at 11th Avenue by Franks in Lake Hayes, then continued on our way. Our two teenage boys had a blast and so did we! Highly recommend this experience!

Highly recommended! - We are a retired couple in average shape and we found this activity easy to do and a lot of fun. Beyond that, the scenery was gorgeous and the bike path uncrowded. The company running the outing was tops, picking us up in Queenstown and transporting us to Arrowtown for the ride back to Queenstown. The representative was personable and gave clear instructions. The route was well marked. Highly recommended!

Arrowtown to Queenstown e-bike ride - Fantastic day out in stunning scenery. E-Bikes were state of the art , despite my wife and I not being experienced cyclists these bikes carried us along making the terrain manageable. Christina was ever helpful and gave a comprehensive briefing at the start of the day , she was available throughout the trip if we needed her help with anything. Both tired at the end of the day but well worth the effort.

Highly recommended! - A perfect experience. The shuttle met us right on time in Queenstown with a personable and knowledgeable driver. Off to Arrowtown where we were given perfectly sized bikes based on our earlier communications. We were given maps and told how the bike paths worked and we were off. A beautiful ride! Easy to do with e-bike assistance. A great value. Highly recommended!

Fabulous bike tour - A wonderful tour and friendly guide, with a high quality bike. I enjoyed it very much, with a mountain bike (not e-). Can’t recommend it enough.

Stunning views and tracks - Beautiful bike ride and super fun with the E bike. You still do a little peddling so I recommend the E bike as well as that the tour guide will also pick you up if needed. Amazing service and tour guides also!

Great Queenstown Active Day Trip - Well organised trip. Bikes are in great condition, and the ebikes are of a high quality. The brief provided is thorough, with some great tips for stops along the way. The map is easy to follow and the tracks are well signposted. Some great photo opportunities along the way.

Beautiful Ride - Amazing trail, beautiful views. Would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys biking/scenic views visiting the areas. Only improvement would be to provide rain guards on the bike tires since it was down-pour rain on our ride and we couldn’t cancel. Otherwise great ride!

Nice bike paths, lack of information provided - Good bike paths to follow, great scenery to enjoy. Information provided was limited, was told of a few food venues to stop but first two venues were closed, couldn’t locate the next two and the fifth was about to close when I arrived.
