Very enjoyable wine tour - Very enjoyable trip. Kate, our tour guide, was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing information on route and at the vineyards. We visited four vineyards, enjoying a simple lunch at the second, Carrick. They have an imposing modern restaurant and our group were seated just outside in pretty gardens. We enjoyed many different wines and the company of our fellow guests from all around the world. Brennan Wines were especially generous in number of wines and serving size. There was no pressure to buy from vineyards but some people did purchase a bottle or two. We hope to acquire some wines once back in the UK. Would recommend this trip and Kate.

Enjoi wine tours. - Sheree was our guide from Enjoi. She is very knowledgeable about the area and made sure we went to Gibbston, Bendigo, Cromwell and Bannockburn for tastings, so we were able to get a great feel for different vintners in the area. Had a fabulous cheese board at Thompson’s and a gourmet lunch at Carrick.

A great day out in the country! - My husband and I had a great time on the wine tour. It was nice to be in a small bus with just a few other folks; it felt like there was time for us to talk to the representative at each winery. We tried far more wines than I had thought we would, and it seemed like most of the folks at each winery went out of the way to pick a range of wines for us, including some special ones. The setting of each winery was beautiful. The lunch was mostly lovely, though it was strange that there didn't seem to be an option to tell them your food needs. Perhaps I missed that in the booking? It would be nice if there were a way to ensure that everyone's dietary needs were met. Otherwise it was a perfectly lovely, long day of fun wine tasting.

Tasting of 20 different wines! But no insights of production of wines! - You get to tast 20 different wines from 4 wineries! It's very well orchestrated and fun to indulge in the wine tasting! However, there is no experience of how wine is actually made. No visits to the vineyards. It's just wine tasting....
