This was a very laid-back... - This was a very laid-back experience starting with a one hour ride to an audio, and our driver followed by a two hour walk on your own after our driver/guide drove us around to all the highlights. Great virws

Highly recommended - I recently took a bus tour to Glenorchy, and it was just amazing. The guide, Dave, was exceptional—his knowledge of the area’s history, wildlife, and natural wonders really brought the tour to life. His engaging storytelling made the journey even more enjoyable. The bus itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery along the way. As for Glenorchy itself, I had read some reviews prior the trip that claimed there wasn’t much to do, but I found the tour well-structured and the stops thoughtfully planned. We had just the right amount of time to explore the village, enjoy the stunning views, and take in some of the area’s key sights without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommend Glenorchy half day tour. - The half day trip was stunning with amazing scenery along the way culminating with the quaint village of Glenorchy. Our trip only had 3 people, making it very relaxed and very informative. We were very lucky to see snow capped mountains along the way and had 2 hours to explore the village and go for a walk.

No frills tour to Glenorchy - This is a no frills tour to Glenorchy with no afternoon tea like the other tours. During the scenic drive, you will be provided with headset to listen to the commentary on the places of interest. There was ample time to explore Glenorchy and take a short walk along the Glenorchy walkway. Dave is a friendly driver and he shared much insight about the lifestyle of kiwis. Being the only participant, I was also glad that the tour was not cancelled. Being a non LOTR fan, this no frills tour worked for me.

Nice short trip to Glenorchy - This was a nice short trip along a beautiful scenic route. The mist on the lake over the mountains was very picturesque. I also love the commentary about the Maori history

Touring Glenorchy - It was a beautiful drive from Queenstown to Glenorchy. This is a very easy trip that does not involve any exertion if one is unable to walk much. Views of the lake are incredible. Glenorchy is just a small town. Has some nice views if you walk to the wharf area. Other than that, unless you want to do the hike, finding lunch there is about it. We did enjoy the day.

Terrible - The bus that took to Glenrorchy was very hot with air-conditioning not working. I made our family very exhausted. Why don't the operators check if the bus is in condition or not before onboarding paid customers?
