Fun activities, great staff experience - There was no shortage of help, support and patience when understanding and picking our activity, which made the experience well worth it. Loved the VR escape room, would 100% return for other activities.

Great fun - The VR experience was fantastic! We also enjoyed the 12D movie experience but the animation was a bit dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Must do in Queenstown - So much fun for the whole family! Great service that were friendly and helpful. Would definitely attend again to complete more challenges.

So much fun ! - It was my first time trying this activity and I absolutely loved it... thanks to Kami for a good guiding and assistance during our experience...we would definitely love to come back!

Not What We Booked - We booked a VR Escape Room for a family of 5 at 11.30am. On arrival we were told that they could not accommodate 5 of us at that time (!!!) despite the online confirmation of our booking and said could come back later or split the family up into two teams, which was what we had to do - not a happy start. We then ended up waiting over half an hour to start and despite completing all family details on line at time of booking, we had to do it all again. And frustratingly, when we got to the VR area there was no one else in it and we could all of played the game as a family. The team there really didn't seem to care nor could they explain things very clearly. The game itself was quite well done but as they started so late, we had to finish before completing as we had other bookings that day. So not the activity we booked and a disappointing, expensive experience.
