Awesome first time experience! - Expensive but 100% worth the money; was a great experience! I was quite nervous but my paraglider was friendly and made me feel safe and at ease. Quite a trek to get up to the top and I walk all day at work so it really does help if you're fit lol. The first few seconds when you're running of the side of a mountain and get lifted into the air are admittedly quite terrifying lol but as soon as you're in the air you glide like a bird and relax into it very quickly; a very peaceful peaceful feeling feeling, I can see why people do it many times lol. Did this in winter 2024 (July but I'm a bit late on reviewing haha) and I recommend sunglasses as well as good quality gloves; the sun gets very bright but it's still very cold lol. You land in a field not far from the bottom of the gondolas. Photo/video package an absolute must; got some great photos!

Must do in Queenstown!! - This process was sooo streamlined. This was the best experience customer service wise and activity wise. From checking in to running off the mountain the entire staff was amicable, friendly, and professional. Everything was explained to us and they made us feel comfortable the entire way. During flight it was also great to be with the instructor - he was so professional and catered the ride to the type of experience you wanted. I can’t remember the names of the instructors but one was from Ireland and the other had been doing this for 15 years. Would highly recommend this experience!!

Amazing experience as a first time paraglider with Pete. - Amazing experience paragliding with Pete - what better location to do it for the first than Queenstown. Bear in mind that gondola price and (optional) photos add to the total cost. But so worth it. Huge thanks Pete!

Wonderful ride! - The pilot Dominic was amazing! I felt safe even though this was my first time flying. Instructions were clear, i definitely enjoyed the scenic trip with beautiful photos to take home!

A must do! Highly recommend this! It is an absolutely amazing fun and fantastic view of gorgeous Queenstown! - Absolutely spectacular and fun! The pilots, both for my husband and I, were focused on safety followed by thrills!! We highly recommend this! The view of gorgeous Queenstown has to be experienced this way too!!

Exhilarating experience! View is spectacular! - We had the best time! This was not planned -but was a last minute decision after taking the gondolas to the top. The desk was there, so we stopped to inquire about the experience. We signed up on the spot!
The professional that you fly with was terrific! They take photos and a video during the trip which you can purchase. It was exhilarating and what an amazing view of Queenstown. We loved it! Easy standup landing in an open field...We loved it!
