Awesome instructors who will take every care to look after you regardless of skill level! - Had the best time with Off Road Adventures. Everyone was very friendly and enthusiastic. We all got adequate training before we did the trail, regardless of skill level. The instructors really made sure that everyone was comfortable and well prepared for the drive before commencing. My wife who was less confident and anxious about driving a quad bike was well looked after-ed. After assessing that she was not very confident on the bike, a personal trainer was assigned to her who drove her around the training track at her own pace, without it affecting the progress of everyone else. The instructors were very patient with everyone and gave good tips to improve your driving. In the end the instructors gave my wife the option to stay down and practice on the course or for her to jump on the back of a bike of the instructor so she could still see the views, which my wife really appreciated. At no point did I or my wife feel unsafe, even though the terrain can be a bit intense! The view at the top was magnificent and worth every penny. Strongly recommend Off Road Adventures.

Best fun in Queenstown - We took 16 of our family and did both the quad and buggies tours over different days. They catered so well for all of us who had different abilities Would recommend to all Thanks Scott and Team

Quad bike adventure for amateurs - SUCCESS! - Quad bike riding experience was 10/10 - a last minute booking ended up being the highlight of the trip. The views and scenery on the journey up and back were second to none and the fact we managed to do it without having any experience on a bike was an achievement in itself. Ollie had the job of getting us ready and was fantastic. A must do.

This was a very last... - This was a very last minute decision and we are so glad we found it!! The guides (Stefan and Ollie) were excellent. Making sure we felt comfortable, helping us out, taking lots of photos for us, and answering all of our questions about the ATV as well as about Queenstown as a whole. They were so knowledgeable and kind. They provided helmets and full pants, boots, and a jacket for muddy conditions and transportation from the storefront in town to the mountain base. None of us had ever ridden an ATV before and we felt comfortable and confident to ride up the mountain after the training. Highly highly recommend to change your trip up from just hiking or walking!!

The BEST off-tossing Tour - This experience was definitely a MUST DO in Queenstown, I took my family for the UTV tour and our Guide was the BEST!! Definitely 10/10 would try again! I’ve already booked for next time I’m in Queenstown and can’t wait!!

Great adventure fun - Fantastic experience. Some things which you have done in one country you might not need to repeat in another, but this activity is one that I feel you always need to do and Ollie was good fun. He made sure we all felt comfortable from the outset and then took us on a really fun experience. Due to weather conditions we couldn’t go up the mountain but he ensured we still had fun on the tracks which we were able to go on. It was just me and my 20 and 21 adventure mad boys. They enjoyed every moment which we had together. So long as you have a great instructor who ensures he/she is concerned about your safety, but is also able to see your capabilities and take it up few notches from there, you just can’t go wrong. So in our case going up the mt and risking ourselves and not going to be able to see stuff, it was immediately sorted out with a few options. I suppose a back up plan which was heaps of fun. Thanks Ollie, you made sure that my boys and I had an awesome experience. Don’t bother reading all the reviews. Just book this one and I’m confident you will have no regrets.

A fun activity for beginners or experts! - My dad and I did the tour on 4 wheelers and had a great time! Bass and Diego were friendly and made check in easy, Olly was our guide and at the end I felt like a more confident and skilled rider, he was a great teacher! 10/10 can’t wait to do this again!

Left us feeling very flat - Things started well with good customer service and friendly staff. After 45 mins or so of skill learning, driving around the farm, our expectation was to then head ‘above the skyline’. At this point things went south. My youngest son is a small 16year old but super confident and this activity was really for him. At the start he was put on a 90cc quad apparently because of his size. Ok, we went with it despite him being disappointed because they are the experts. When we were told they didn’t feel the group could safely ride ‘above the skyline’ and instead we could stay in the farm or take a guided ride-along in a buggy with one of the drivers, what could we say?? Discussed with the group leader but there was no changing his mind and I’ll respect that, dispite disagreeing with it… but it was just such a let down. We booked this activity over other operators because of the the expectation to compete the whole ride and the conditions clearly indicate ‘no experience required’ ‘fun for all abilities’. When I questioned the leader he said the 90cc bike could not get up the trail anyway…so clearly there wasn’t any intent from the outset for our group to complete the planned route. Overall, the least enjoyable of activities we have taken in NZ I’m afraid, sorry.
